So before i start my journey into recovery i wanted to know what your guys PE recovery time was so i can get a rough idea as to how long i am going to be mentally and physically committed to reach success!

thank you guys!

:welcomeani: to the Gym rubendilla!

Sorry about your relationship trouble, but don't let that affect you, and one day you will find someone right for you.

You can learn how to control your arousal and last as long as you want, first, start by reading the stickies on this forum, then follow a regular and reverse kegels routine to strengthen and balance your pelvic floor muscles, and practice edging to raise your awareness of how your body responds to sexual stimulation and be able to control them. :)

The process may take some time, so be patient, it is a training and reconditioning process, don't seek shortcuts, if you have the will, you can do it!

While you are here, if you are interested in improving your penile health, increase your EQ, and enlarge your penis don't miss this thread!! :thumb:

And if you haven't already done so, please read the START HERE thread and focus on safety. :biggrin1:

Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90. :biggrin1:

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Good Luck!

Welcome to the gym rubendilla!

I find deep breathing control helpful with controlling arousal levels, you might want to give it a try whilst edging.

Good luck, stay positive!
