Dam dude.. get some rest lol. it's funny how people can actually make so little sense. It's like did you really just say that? haha.
What are you drinking by the way? I sure hope that funny cynical destroy everything type mood doesn't lead you to a unhappy mood. Seems one follows the other usually. And i'm sure you're going to be going through a whole roller coaster of moods and emotions eventually. I guess thats just life: The biggest roller coaster ever.

lol people are morons. I say 2 out of every 10 are the reason for the species survival. Those oblivious ignorant 8 not only owe their existence to those 2 (its actually probably more like 1 in a 100000 rather then 2 out of 10) but they hold back everybody from enjoying life to its fullest. Basically that minority beat out mother nature and due to our pride and inability to let go we keep alive those that make life worse, for whatever reason. Everybody is out for themselves and nobody understands anything going on around them. They're all idiots full of ego and pride and none of them realize how insignificant any of this really is. No one can let go, everybody is to busy convincing themselves they are important to the world. Life is hopeless because everybody is to busy with their heads up their asses trying to prove they are this or they are that when nobody seems to realize that the next person over is just as self absorbed and really doesnt give a sh*t because they are to busy doing the exact same thing.

i lost my point.

and i am drinking Molson M, which is surprisingly smooth and way above the quality i have come to expect from molson.

that was the point.

haha I guess you weren't kidding when you said you were in a cynical mood. But yes you are definitely right to a certain degree. I guess everyone's perspective about society is altered/affected by the experiences they go through in life. And for people like us.. who seem to have lost the ones that made life and everything in general seem much better. It always seemed like there was something good about eveything. And if their wasn't.. I would always find a way to find the good. The break up definitely made me pretty cynical. But now after 5 months of still being "friends" with her, I'm kind o starting let go of the cynicism. It's a slow process, but I can feel it happening. And I think it's because I try to spend more time with my friends.

Yesterday I had a talk with two of my teachers about why I'm failing those classes. I mentioned I have been having personal issues and both of them asked me if it was a breakup. I've never talked to a teacher in person before and I was so surprised at how understanding they were. The world maybe full of tons of morons and idiots, but that talk with my teachers reminded me that there are also a lot of good people in this world. I don't know, i guess it just makes me feel better about life in general.

Also everyone I talk to, who have gone through a lot of relationships(including those teachers), always tell me that i'll find someone better and eventually i'll get over her. But I can't help but question that. I just don't understand how that can happen. It's confusing to me. I feel like they don't understand what kind of a connection I had with this girl. But then again maybe they had similar connection with girl in their past. Who knows.

It's funny how when you think about it, you can't ever be sure of anything really. Can people know anything ever for sure? we're not gods.

hmm I've never had molson before. Then again I've only been drinking for like 5 months. since the breakup haha. I'll try to get a hold of it next time i'm at a party.

Sounds like you've found the reason it doesn't pay to be a douche all the time. You build up enough of a reputation and you become less trust worthy to everyone. Being predictable and stoich may sound boring, but you can gain far more ground... You can't make it through life on your own. you need opportunities; and people who trust you to do what you say you're going to do are key allies.

As far as people in general? LOL! you're starting to sound more like me

People suck on a grand scale. There's a few genuine article people who are compassionate and will do everything in their power to help you. The key to that is to pay it forward AND backward. Give back to them and give to someone else who asks. It takes a while to get the karma ball rolling, but eventually you'll notice that people aren't ALL bad... Not always trust worthy, and they'll break your trust. However, they'll do it by accident more often than not, and they'll feel like sh*t for doing it. This can result in more "karma build up" and helps you recoup that good deed you've put out.

Bob Marley once said "Truth is, everyone is going to hurt you. You've just got to find out who's worth suffering for."

As far as one person making you think that... Better to not let one person dictate how you see the world... Make up your own mind and change your actions to suit you new mind set :)

..... i swear to god i am going to start blowing sh*t up. if you read all my posts put together from my very first you will easily be able to see why. its nice to know where she got the qoute from though.

on a side note, i am guessing its safe to assume i am not supposed to have sex with anyone else while she is having her time to herself. Right?

oh while reading my old posts youll notice i said this was(the reason she gave me, lack of control and pride/ego) the exact reason we were having problems in the first place (its also the main problem in like 99% of the things people complain about on here)

ignorance is pure bliss.

I read your post 4 times and you didn't really say anything comprehensible. One more time for me, please. It was a little haphazard. I know it would have made sense if we were talking face to face, but i can't tell what you said with out some physical emphasis or clarity of type.

I got most of it... it was that second to last paragraph that threw me for a loop.

Anyway... Yes, you really should reconsider how you approach the world, though. If she told you that she didn't want to be around you because of the way you act, there's something of substance to it. You may want to tone down your act a bit...

That's if I read that last paragraph correctly. (Just before ignorance is bliss)

hey Phill that girl is a hysteric, she give u and take u off maybe because she is very young. You shouldnt expect something stable from her. If u want and if u can play for a while go ahead but dont expect anything serious from her.

Words of wisdom right there.

Yea both you and alyssa are going to have to make compromises if you want to make this thing work. You're probably going to have to work on your "lack of control and pride/ego" issues and she might have to work on some stuff herself. But it's obvious both of you want each other. I just don't understand why she can't just be with you if she wants to be with you. I really don't understand why she needs the time alone for. Maybe she wants to be sure that this will work.. I don't know. And you might have to have a long talk with her again and reassure her of things. you really should ask her if she wants to talk again or something like that. Everything doesn't work by it self always.. sometimes you have to be the one to make it work, and that can definitely be really hard.

And yes definitely don't have sex with anyone else lol

Oh ... just around ...
Don't know ... maybe I missed it somehere in the threads and posts ... but has the idea of just being FWB been thrown out there? I know how much you say each feels about the other, but has the subject been approached? I've never been one for it but it's been a good point for other "couples" to explore ... just a thought to consider as you two work out whatever it is you need to work out ...

You don't understand them telling you that you will get over her and find someone else because at the time, you don't THINK you'll find anyone else and it's your comfort level telling you otherwise.

The first time my ex and I broke up, it was over something TOTALLY stupid but rather than compromise, she opted to pull the "bitch" card and broke it off with me and accused me of not being her friend and all this other ridiculous bullshit that I fell for. I felt bad, I was heartbroken and I was bummed because not only had I lost a good thing but I had lost a very sexual woman, a woman who ACTUALLY expressed interest in me, took care of me and did alot for me.

Fast forward 6 months later and we reunite, get back together "sort of" and start having crazy ass sex again. Then, JUST like the year before, the holidays approached and she got "weird" on me again, just like she had the prior year when we broke up.

Reading her final "go to hell" email hurt because I hadn't done anything wrong. I had given her so much in the way of emotion, physical love, financial assistance and to then be told you're a piece of sh*t...............well, it hurt...........ALOT. I had been used and had but it took two tours of duty to realize what she was doing to me.

Getting her "so long" email was hard because that meant that I was once again alone with no special girl to call my own. No one to share my life with or my dreams with. Yep, sucks.

My point is that with the passage of time, you eventually do get over your break up and the girl you loved and move forward in your life and you find someone else who will appreciate you for you.

i mean my posts from the beginning of me being on these forums lol. theres probably a good 25 pages on this "relationship"

which started out as FWB...... i have been whining about the same girl the whole time

and its not the way i act its about how i hurt her ego which had her built up to be something amazing, which to me she is, but she no longer thinks so. the way i act makes her feel helpless to control herself, and she doesnt mean in like a manipulative way, she means it in the way i meant when i said its a good thing she dragged me out of the store. she wants me and it scares her because its messing with her control.

and i have no idea why she wants time alone. My only guess is to gain control and its working. im going fucking crazy.

and yes
she is young. if you go back and read the posts i said thats a problem.

Once she knows she has you by the balls, this relationship is doomed - you know that right? You're gonna be the star of Groundhog Day and this sh*t will go on and on and on and on .... you need to nip this in the bud real soon.

Hi Phil. I somehow only just discovered this thread now.

This is how I see it...you are young and you will have many relationships. As you go along you will learn things. One thing is how to work out situations. Maybe you and "A" won't work it out and be together but it is always adds to your conflict resolution skills. Learning to communicate better and so on.

I do not know a solution for this situation of yours. Titty is great at that. I wish I was better. I have read a lot of your posts but have had a hard time following. I didn't always realize you were talking about the same girl. Sometimes it is because you have been drinking (I think). I think I'd have an easier time if we were talking in person.

It sounds like you like this girl. Is it because she was your first? That might be what is keeping you tied. It might be hard to figure that out.

Thats why i thought i liked her, I spent months telling myself that was the reason lol. And I guess its not always the same girl, like the thread about having sex with the girl at the bar was different and there may have been a few others. but this is the only one that affects the way i feel.

I apologize it can be difficult to understand because I assume everything i have said before is known, and the drinking lol. But i didnt drink yesterday and i dont plan on it today.

I've been concerned about your drinking. Drinking for emotional reasons can lead to alcoholism easy. I hate to see that happen to you.
