Thanks for the encouragement Cusp and mverg :)

19th October 2011: off, rest day.

I think I want to get my girth to 5", for purely selfish "instant" gratification reasons. I know I'd be better off concentrating on length first, but like they say, it's not a race. If it takes longer to get length with a larger girth, that's fine, I have plenty of time and I'm not going anywhere. Besides the pump is more fun to use, and I need some cheering up ;)

I like the fun part too and can't let my uncertainties over certain aspects of my progress get in the way of having some fun. What good woud pe be if a guy couldn't play with his dick ? Like you I also need to stay focused on an immediate short term plan.

I kind of feel like it's going slow, but I probably did quite a bit last night. I wish I'd had a better experience before with hanging, it's kind of got me freaked me out a little. I've got my Captn's wench all dressed up, but noone wants to hang out with her. I really like the pump though. As long a you have a guage and aren't reckless, I think pumping is way safer. I got a lot of pressure in the glans when hanging and I don't think I can stop it from happening.

Felt like a good workout. Feeling thicker actually. I hope it's true. I did a sneaky measurement this morning, not at full erection, maybe 80%, and it was a bit over 6½" in length, so I hope I'll see something good when I measure for real at 100%. I was thinking about going 2 on, 1 off. I kind of feel like it would be a good idea to rest today, but that would be 1 on 1 off. I just feel like I got a pretty good workout last night, and reading stuff about girth and rest days, and the good feeling of fatigue I have, makes me think I shouldn't go again tonight. Maybe... I'll just have some great sex instead. hmm yes, that could work. I better warn my wife now not to have a headache.

I just had a thought, I might see if I can use my wench next time for the manual stretching portion of my routine. I shall court the wench first for a while, before we take the plunge.

Hey Xitemem what pump did you end up buying? And from where? Sorry if you already mentioned it somewhere. I'm still considering getting one myself...

Hi Tharros, I got one of the LeLuv Maxi pumps from ebay. Works well, and was a good price. I'm sure the more expensive cylinders are better, but I plan on outgrowing mine anyway ;)

21st October 2011: on. The original plan for Friday didn't take off and I was bored and I thought, meh, I'm going to do some PE.

It's kind of hard to do an ordered routine lately like I have been in the past, because every damn time I touch my tool I get a hard on. I guess maybe that's a good sign, but it's a bit frustrating because I did like having a good stretch. If the erection level is < 70-80% I'll do some erect stretches, which is probably good to do anyway.

15 minute warm up

Had super awesome sex many times on Sunday, and my EQ was 10 and it seemed bigger than it's ever been before. My erections were so strong they almost hurt (in a good way) and I'm sure these amorous activites expanded my cock better than any exercise. My flaccid the next day was so chubby. Every time I saw him I said "damn that's a fat little fucker" haha.

Last night's session might look fairly tame, but the pump felt really strong. All my PI's are VERY GOOD.

I thought maybe my dick was gettng larger in my mind than reality, especially the hang, but I measured the flaccid size before PE last night at it was 4⅝" girth and 5½" length. I'm not sure if BPFL should be measured horizontally, or if I should measure it as it naturally points down. Measuring downwards was a full 6". It's not always that big, but it is often that size lately. I really hope that my erect size has increased as well. I don't really know what's going on here...

Pump 35:00 @ ~3 Hg. I fell asleep. Lol. I start at 4 Hg and by the end was probably 2 Hg or something.

One thing I don't understand, is why it would be more effective to have the cylinder only slightly larger than your EG. If you were pumping in a really big cylinder it would still be the same pressure right? Anyway, I'm now packing about the bottom ⅓ of the tube, pretty much straight away. I'm going to keep using it until I can pack it some more, but it's actually getting hard to put around my base girth. I'm looking forward to using my shiny untouched 2" cylinder.

PI's: GOOD. Morning wood and spontaneous wood. Flaccid hang is still good but not as crazy as it was a few days ago. I'm going to take official measurements on the weekend. I'm excited and nervous. I'm pretty sure I've gained a bit, but not a crazy amount. I might add BEG to my sig, cause it's actually getting pretty good. Good for me anyway.

I might take a rest day today, and do a good workout on Saturday morning.

You mean PE girth stunts? I'm intrigued..

I'm feeling a bit girthier, but don't know for sure until I measure in the next couple of days. There's so many bigger guys on the Gym, but I always notice when there's someone with the same starting size as me and it makes me feel better. I was very inspired today to learn how far JP has come in that regard.

There's a 6 x 4.5 group, in the Groups section. It's a good place to share some techniques and ideas for girth gains too.

I'm getting into the habit of doing 10 second shakes after every set. I had some fluid build up in my foreskin after this session. Oops.

I measured girth and length on the weekend, about 36 hours after doing the previous session, and haven't really gained anything this month. I have increased girth by 1/16th inch, but I'm only recording official measurements in ⅛" increments. Last time I measured girth was the morning after pumping, and it had gone back up to 4¾" and said I'm not going to lose it this time. So at least that is true, and it has even gone up a little, but not enough to change my stats. I had also taken a week off this month, and I was hoping to have some growth in that time, but no cigar. I feel a bit foolish. I really felt like I was bigger. It's partly the fact that my flaccid size is so much bigger now, I just assumed my erect size must be too. It is nice to have the bigger flaccid size though.

Anyway, I think I should be stepping it up a notch. I'm thinking of higher intensity workouts with 1 day on, 1 day off. My PI's are always good so I think I can handle more than I've been doing. Clamping, squeezes, jelqs and pumping. Have to watch that fluid build up though. Arrgghhh I want a bigger dick! Must remember, it's a marathon, not a race. Breath in, breath out...

If you are going to step it up, probably consider not taking too many steps at one time. I find those girth routines really take a toll.

Is that 7 plus BPSFL relatively new? Do you think it's an indicator of how far we can go?

I found these printable rulers. When you print them, you choose no page scaling, and they come out nicely. I'll compare these paper ones to the tailor's tape tonight to see if they're accurate. If I convert to decimal-inch, I can say I have 4.8" girth, which might make me feel a bit better :eek:

Hey mverg, yeah I'll be careful not to injure myself again. It's a good thing I at least started hanging with a relatively low weight when I tried it a few weeks ago. I had read advice about uncut hangers needing a tighter wrap and a larger head swell as a natural stopper, but doing that was not a good thing for me. I do think however I need to push it a little more to get that girth expansion, otherwise I guess I'm just working on EQ, which kind of makes sense because my EQ is very good.

I've seen the 7⅜" BPFSL before, but not for a while. Before warming up and exercises my BPFSL is only 6¾", so for me it's an indication of how effective my stretches are in a session. I don't think it's an indication so much of how far we can go, because you can go further than your BPFSL in the long run, but it can be a positive PI. I would think though that if it's increasing, your BPEL should follow.

I have my flaccid back for proper stretches. I actually had some difficulty getting an easy erection for the girth part, so I cracked out the lube and did some wet jelqs which always works a charm.

5 x 10 reps of the squeeze with wet jelqs in between.

I was aiming for the equivalent of 50 five second squeezes, using some that were 30 seconds long.

10 minutes clamp. Clamped EG just over 5".

2nd November 2011: off, rest day.

I feel like doing more, but I should take this rest day. I was thinking for next time a good girth exercise progression would be: pumping, jelqs + squeezes, and then clamping.

Morning wood was kind of half hearted. I think I actually worked him out last night.

Hey man just wanted to stop by and say great log =)

My girth also goes up to 5in or a tiny bit more when clamping. I'm hoping it will continue to expand and then become a gain. Good luck and keep it up!
