Warm up 15 minutes
Hang 10:00 @ 1kg (fell off early :bad:)
Hang 20:00 @ 1 kg (did some basic stretches and dry jelqs between sets)
Hang 20:00 @ 1.5 kg

Stretches for about 15 minutes. 2 sets of flaccid bends, bundled stretches, rotary stretches and basic stretches. The usual sort of stuff. I'm having difficulty remembering in detail so sorry about that. I hope to have a more structured routine soon that I can write up and say "I did my routine". The stretches were similar to last night. BPFSL after hanging was 7" and after manual stretches was 7¼". I tried the second set of hanging with a theraband only wrap, and it went well, but it was sticking and painful to remove afterwards. Ouch!

7th October 2011: on, evening

Warm up 15 minutes
Hang 15:00 @ 1.5 kg (I got up to get a drink and it fell off again. Grrrrr)
Hang 20:00 @ 1.5 kg (went better)

I was doing basic stretches after this for about 10 minutes, no flaccid bends of bundled stretches because I was getting an erection very easily. I think he liked the heavier weight, and it seemed like my guy was asking for girth exercises. So I gave it to him :) (my penis is developing his own personality)

30 reps of the squeeze interspersed with some dry jelqs
He felt quite warm so I didn't feel the need to re-warm up
Pump 20:00 @ 5 Hg

After pumping I put a little cloth band thing on to keep it plumped. I measured flaccid girth a couple hours later at 4⅝".

Felt really good after all this and had great morning and night wood. I'm... also... very... HORNY! I'm just worried about the hanging when I get to heavier loads. It all comes down to the wrap. PI's VERY GOOD (that means I'm hanging tonight :))

Edit: Gears of War 3 just made me teary eyed. Can you believe that? :eek:

I used strips of chamois for the under wrap and it felt good. It's soft but slightly sticky and so holds place better then the cock sock thing. I did 5 minutes of stretching in between sets, including 25 kegel LOT stretches, rotary stretches and bundled stretches. After the third set I did 2 sets of flaccid bends as well as some of those other stretches. BPFSL 7¼". After hanging the BPFSL is 7", must be because there's some tunica that's not really getting a stretch. I hope it's working. Sure feels like a good stretch.

During the third set, my glans size was quite large which was great for making a stopper to keep the kit on, but there was quite a bit of pressure on it. After the last set I was a concerned about the feeling of the glans, like it was large but squishy, and it was a bit numb as well as stingy at the same time. This is why we start at lower weight loads, and 3 lbs is not really that light either. So I did some stretches, taking extra care of the intensity, to sort of warm him up and shake him back to normality. I then did a 15 minute warm down. So despite the stress I put on my guy, I still got very good morning and night wood, and I got lucky today too, and he performed admirably.

I am going to hang again tonight, but i think I might go back to 1 kg at least for the first set, and just practice the whole set up thing. It really does all come down to the set up, before you put on the weight.

sounds like your doing well, one suggeston that helped me was to place the wrap starting at at least 1/2 inch behind my circumcision scar. then I actually have the hanger clamed halfway up my shaft. It ends up lowering but it doesnt make my glans hurt, I was going thru the same type of pain in the beginning and I just started trying my wrap a little farther back and it helped a ton.
keep up the trial and error and youll get it down soon enough.

I measured 7" BPFSL before doing any exercises or warming up. I wasn't expecting this. I guess 7" is now my normal BPFSL. So it's only increasing by a little bit straight after exercises.

Morning:

Evening:
Hang 15:00 @ 1.4 kg (slipping)
Hang 20:00 @ 1.4 kg
Hang 20:00 @ 1.4 kg

The velcro in my muzzle hanger is coming undone. Time to move on to the Captn's Wench. Tonight I might do a light manual stretching session, and have a bit of a rest, while I try and sort out hanger version 2.

Thanks for you encouragement Danner :) Last night I finished the Captn's Wench, and she's all ready to go. Attached are some pictures of her, and also what I've used for grippers.

I couldn't find the gripper things in the original design, so I've used a fairly dense pumbers block and cut it to size. I think it's turned out pretty well. It's hard to lay the Velcro back to back, and mine is slightly crooked. You can't tell from the picture though. I have enough for quite a few more, so I'll make another one and experiment with the design a little too.

11th October 2011: on, manual stretches

Warm up 15 minutes
50 reps of the squeeze with 30 dry jelqs in between set of 10 (gave me a great pump)
SD 2 min, BTL-L 60 sec, BTL-R 60
½ turn SO bundled stretch with 25 kegels x 2
10 x 2 rotary stretches + helis
½ turn bundled stretch left and right with 25 kegels
10 x 2 rotary stretches + helis

After the last stretches, the shape of my glans had the same odd shape as after hanging that time. It seems with a high EQ erection as well the shape of the glans is more dome shaped than before. I think I have weakened the structural integrity if the tissue inside and I'm concerned.

My PI's seem as though they're very good, I have night and morning wood, I have random erections throughout the day, I've been having a good flaccid hang and a healthy libido. I know the shape of my cock very well though, and it's a strange experience seeing a different shape. Except for the odd shape after hanging and the stretches last night, the difference is probably not that much, but to me it looks like it is. I'm not sure if I'm imagining things either, but there's areas on the glans and the frenulum that feel slightly numb.

My guy is still in a good mood, and God bless him he's asking for more, but I'm giving him a break. I'm taking what feels like a drastic measure, and taking a week off from exercises. I hope it's not such a bad thing to do, especially how it's advised to keep the ligs fatigued with hanging so they don't heal stronger and harder to deform. I'm telling myself that I've only done a few sessions at a relatively low weight, so it should be okay.

When I get back into it, I've got my wench ready to go, and this time will not accept a second best pre hang setup. Who knows, I might even get some growth during the break.

After looking at your logs for thepeast few days, your guy has been stretched, pulled, tugged, seduced, and hung a hell of a lot but is still getting hard. I think you are wise to lay off a little temporalily and give him time to recover and grow. I overworked myself a few weeks ago, gave my self a rest and am at it again, but not as intense and my dick is back to responding well. i don't understand what a plumbers block is, so when you have the whole new apparatus ready to use, could you post an updated picture?

Yeah I think that I should definately regard slight numbness as a bad PI despite the ability of my cock to keep jumping like a fish out of water ;)

The finished Captn's wench device is the last attachment in my previous post, but I'll post another pic next week of it in action. I had to use probably too much theraband with the muzzle hanger, to have enough girth for it to fit nice, but with the wench I can use a much smaller amount of wrapping and still have it fit snuggly.

Feeling like I want to do a PE workout tonight. I've been thinking it would be nice to get to 5" girth, just because I would be much prouder of my cock, and then go for more length after that. I could go for the rest of the girth at the end. I'm sure lots of other guys have achieved their length goals at an average girth. It's just that maybe I should capitilise on my below average girth because it could make length gains quicker and easier. I'm not too sure. I'll probably go with a standard manual routine for a while before committing to a plan.

Look at Remek's girth based length routine from I think 2009 or thereabouts He posits that for some men to gain length they need to work on girth although I was not able to find any data that indicates his theory was correct. Anyhow I have been using that theme for about a month now. (Not enough time to measure with validity.) But for me, given the girth based routine, I will probably get girth and also have a reasonable probability of getting some more length too. Time will tell.

Anyway, it would give me more of a break from the kind of force that was put on the glans a week ago. I need to check some old pictures to be sure, but I think I've permanently changed the shape of the glans to a larger, more bell shaped state. It's concerning how relatively easy it was. It's hard to describe because it's three dimensional, but that's how I think of it. The whole front just seems like it's wider and generally pushed out in all directions to a degree. It's not necessarily a bad shape, but neither was it before.
