Warm up 15 minutes
Hang 10:00 @ 1kg (fell off early :bad
Hang 20:00 @ 1 kg (did some basic stretches and dry jelqs between sets)
Hang 20:00 @ 1.5 kg
Stretches for about 15 minutes. 2 sets of flaccid bends, bundled stretches, rotary stretches and basic stretches. The usual sort of stuff. I'm having difficulty remembering in detail so sorry about that. I hope to have a more structured routine soon that I can write up and say "I did my routine". The stretches were similar to last night. BPFSL after hanging was 7" and after manual stretches was 7¼". I tried the second set of hanging with a theraband only wrap, and it went well, but it was sticking and painful to remove afterwards. Ouch!

Hang 15:00 @ 1.5 kg (I got up to get a drink and it fell off again. Grrrrr)
Hang 20:00 @ 1.5 kg (went better)
I was doing basic stretches after this for about 10 minutes, no flaccid bends of bundled stretches because I was getting an erection very easily. I think he liked the heavier weight, and it seemed like my guy was asking for girth exercises. So I gave it to him
(my penis is developing his own personality)
30 reps of the squeeze interspersed with some dry jelqs
He felt quite warm so I didn't feel the need to re-warm up
Pump 20:00 @ 5 Hg
After pumping I put a little cloth band thing on to keep it plumped. I measured flaccid girth a couple hours later at 4⅝".
Felt really good after all this and had great morning and night wood. I'm... also... very... HORNY! I'm just worried about the hanging when I get to heavier loads. It all comes down to the wrap. PI's VERY GOOD (that means I'm hanging tonight

Edit: Gears of War 3 just made me teary eyed. Can you believe that?
