Today I edged and some hours later noticed that I have a newly formed hard vein like ring under my glans that is only present on the top part of the shaft directly under my glans; not the bottom.

I'm not overly worried as I looked it up and others seem to have experienced this, I might take a picture to clarify what I'm talking about...what does it sound like it could be? Perhaps its directly due to my injury which has seen my flaccid penis be cold and glans seem to fill less with blood.

My advice- with the exception of hot wraps and light massage, leave your penis alone for the next few days. Do your best to put the issue out of your mind to avoid making the problem worse with anxiety.

Revisit this within the next week or so or when your penis starts behaving normally again.

Good idea, I thought i'd just see how it went with a bit of edging. How long would you suggest I should leave it? Will it ever heal or have I done irreparable damage?

I received my Phallosan Forte today, not going to be using it for a number of months as I have an injury to recover from and need to recondition my unit.

Is it fair to say I should see if I gain at all from manual PE/exhaust any gains from manual PE before using my Phallosan or does it not really matter?

Any input would be appreciated.

My advice would be for you to see how far you can get with manual training before resorting to device based training.

So i'm back for a bit, don't know where to begin but I NEED to learn to jelq properly otherwise I seriously am gonna give up with PE. Everytime I jelq I start from the base 60-70% erect and jelq upwards with OK grip hold my ok grip at glans and then start my next hand at base with ok grip releasing ok grip at glans once second hand reaches glans.

I do not get ANY inflation during or after my session nor anything that seems to show that I've even jelqed or am jelqing. Its pissing me off as I am doing nothing wrong or nothing anyone else isn't doing.

During my break from PE my glans healed and began inflating fully and normally again however after one fucking 5 minute jelqing session my glans are now back to their fucked up state of not inflating properly. I don't even jelq too hard.

I've been thinking saying fuck it and just using the Phallosan Forte I won right off the bat and ignoring manual exercises but I really want to master these exercises first.

PLEASE can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong its fucking killing me now. All I do now is edging so being able to know how to jelq PROPERLY would be so appreciated.

Also any tips on using the Phallosan? Should I just start using it now? I haven't even unpacked it yet.

Also thanks to edging whilst on my break and reverse kegels I believe I now last longer.

Hey blackscale, you sound frustrated bud. Maybe describe your technique in detail, and someone might be able to help, or at least see what the issue may be.

Jelq speed
grip strength 1-10 (1 being just touching, 10 being uli grip)
warm up?

How's your PI's other than that?

Are you only doing 5 minutes total?

Jelq speed is 3-5 seconds. I grip maybe 5-6 and warm up for 10 minutes. I started on 5 minutes to ensure I don't overwork. PI's seem fine but I know I'm not getting the same heavy feeling others get and I can't feel or see blood being pushed up when I jelq.

Basically how I jelq is:

1. Use ok grip with one hand, grip the base.
2. Move that hand along the shaft until I reach the glans.
3. Keep that ok grip under the glans.
4. Use other hand to repeat these steps and replace the other hand under the glans to ensure one hand is ok grip under glans at all times.

Basically I keep my hand under the glans after I complete a jelq and alternate the hand grip under the glans each jelq as someone recommended it to me.

As hard as it might be to resolve, frustration in and of itself can lead to problems. This is especially the case if your frustration grows with each session. What happens is that you'll start to resent, then loathe your training. Associating negative thoughts with PE training and (especially) stamina work will accelerate the decline- even more than taking an extended full break with no activities would.

So I think i've learned how to jelq properly. I use the ok grip but apply it a bit tighter and do longer jelqs. It seems more effective.

HOWEVER, I have noticed that the side of my shaft and the top of my shaft have become less sensitive when erect and flaccid. Im seriously worried have I fucked up? How do I prevent this, I don't want to ever jelq again if this happens. I read somewhere it should heal but what do I do in the mean time?

Cut out masturbation/phallosan/sex? How do I prevent jelqing doing this to me again?

From my limited experience it sounds like you are jelqing with too intense a grip! I would recommend a lower strength grip. Do you dry or wet jelq? Personally I always wet jelq I find it less wearing on skin and tissue and simpler to perform

How many 2 stroke jelqs are you doing? And do you have rest days built in?

From your negative pis I would say that on face value it appears you are overtraining. Maybe cut back, do 2/1 on/rest and see how this goes. Are you getting any positive pis like better eq or wood? If not then something definitely seems wrong!

Yes, personally, I would leave it alone and rest. If the numbness persists, you may want to get it checked out, just to be on the safe side.

I think I've discovered the root cause for why I had PE the last time I had sex with my GF. Since using the Phallosan Forte extender my eq, particularly in my glans, has very much improved. My glans is my most sensitive point and is now fully inflated to an extent I have rarely ever seen and so is now much more sensitive and thus leads to increased involuntary kegels thus causing me to ejaculate quicker. This upsets me as it seems like there is little I can do to prevent this as reverse kegels, yoga and squats cannot target oversensitivity in my glans.

Whilst there are probably other contributing factors such as not having had sex for a long time, anxiety, over excitement, imbalanced pelvic floor etc etc etc it seems the increased eq/sensitivity in my glans is clearly the issue.

How can I combat this, will a reverse kegel routine and yoga etc still help or do I need to edge focusing upon my glans to desensitise it or something?

I dunno, someone please help. I should be having sex tomorrow so I'll see if theres any changes since doing a bit of reverse kegeling, squatting and yoga but before then if anyone could chip in on the issue raised here it'd be nice.

Also if I do have PE tomorrow what can I do to make sure my partner is satisfied regardless, it may seem obvious but I mean what special things can I do to get her off without my dick?

I'm sure I Read a thread on here about high pressure masturbating to reduce sensitivity for all areas but can't remember which section it was in. I'm inclined to think the PRE e forum. Might be worth a look there!

So a lil update on this progress thread...Im doing a reverse kegel routine to sort out my pelvic floor. This is my priority right now. This routine is 10 minutes of penis stretches, 40 RK's, 5 flat foot deep squats (1 minute), yoga (butterfly pose 5 minutes), 40 reverse kegels and edge for 30-60 minutes.

I can confirm that I have gained perhaps from the stretches, I'm now 6.5-.6" NBPEL and 7.2-.3 BPEL. This has made me so much happier with my size, it looks a little bit bigger but just the fact that it's 6.5" officially makes me feel more like a respectable size. My short term goal has been achieved and now I want to hit 7" NBPEL with some extra girth and I'll be content.
