I just finished my workout and I came during edging, has this basically caused my workout to be a waste of time? I feel like I have just wasted an hour because I have ejaculated. Sounds kinda ridiculous but I don't know I feel like my dick has turtled way more than if I handn't and my aim was to not ejaculate and I have. Especially baring in mind I came yesterday as well, has this rendered todays dick exercises less effective than if I didn't come?
