There was British scientist who did a study in the 70s on the efficacy of jelqing. He survery the men's significant others asking them whether size mattered to them. Something like 70% said no, it doesn't matter or it matters very little. He asked the same question after the men had completed the study and they gained something like 1" in length and .5" in girth. The doctor survey them again and the vast majority of them changed their tone by responding with something like, "I didn't think it mattered before, but I think it does matter." He also asked whether the couples were having more sex and if they enjoyed sex more now and the answers were yes and yes. Some even said they can't wait to have sex now.
Basically, I think most women are telling the truth when they say that it doesn't matter. HOWEVER, I think this also means that these women also do not know what they are missing. Kinda reminds me of before I started body building. My girlfriend never touched my arms, chest, thighs, etc always told me that muscles weren't import to her. After I gained 15lbs of muscle, she would always be touching me, asking me to flex, and saying that my muscles turn her on. So, I think women are telling the truth when they say size doesn't matter. Because at that moment, it doesn't. But, once their partner increases his size, I think most women will find that they enjoy sex a lot more. We guys need to keep in mind though, that some women simply have smaller vaginas. So, not every women will enjoy sex more with a larger penis. Just my two cents.
Anyway, my ex girlfriend generally complained whenever I wore my white basketball shorts. She said, that my penis hangs down too much and other girls are starring...and a few of her friends had commented to her that she is lucky because I because I have a huge penis

. They have never seen it, only the bulge sticking out when wearing shorts. I have had girls in clubs "accidentally" put there hand on my thigh to see what was going on. I don't care, it makes me smile like this
