Due to my penis reacting badly to PE'ing recently (hard flaccids etc etc), ive decided to take a week and a half off for it to recover...

Now, its only been about 4-5 days since ive stopped for a break, but for a few days ive just been lightly stretching it for only about 5 seconds just to see if my penis is recovering...
every time i do the quick light stetches and then let go, my penis immediately goes in hard flaccid mode...

im just worried that ive permanently damaged my penis recently from PE'ing....
or maybe i just need to stop overeacting and leave it for the next week...

im not sure, what do you guys think??

Stretching affects your EQ most of all, much more than jelqing. Stop stretching for a few days. Hot wet towels twice a day should also help.

Hope others have some ideas as well!

Over reacting can exhasturbate the perceived problem, so I'd suggest just stop all PEing and don't even think about it at all. Dwelling on it won't fix it if there is a problem so why even do it. Just relax and enjoy other things in life and in a week or so come back to it with the mindset that it's alright so not to scare it back into contracting.

I don't want to worry you too much about it, but i think it's due to too much PE-ing, Do your glans feel numb? you should take a break and see how things go, and sometimes, it's not even PE related, but it is serious, if it persists, i suggest you see a doctor about it. You should also try wrapping it around a warm wash cloth, warm compresses seem to help.

Thanks for the quick replies!

I honestly havnt been over training or doing too much at all....the problem started the second week after i restarted my jp 90 routine (since the 1st time i did it, i was going too hard)...first week was great, then second week i decided to grip my penis for jelqs just a little bit harder...then after that my penis didnt hang that low or and was tensing up all the time...
so then i decided to have a 4 day break, got back into it for the 3rd week, no positive indicators or anything...so i thought screw it, ill have a 1.5 week break...

So Zariche, your saying that its a mind over matter kinda thing??

And FlyingDutchman, yeah i can still feel my glans, i can feel it more in certain places but in general, yeah i can still feel them.

Oh yeah...and my erect quality is fine, im still getting very hard with a bit of an upward angle...its just when my penis is flaccid, thats where the problem are...

Cam I had the same problems as you when I first began...it is definitely from the stretching. My suggestion to you is to jelq after stretching and not worry about the hard flaccid it will pass...people on here will say it is from over training but there is no direct proof for this I think it is just a shock to your penis.

i do jelqs after stretching anyway haha
and like ive said, i havnt at all been doing my excercises too intense for my penis to go into hard flaccid mode...its like the second i do something wrong, its a week or so off for recovery for me!

but i do hope that itll pass!
its bumming me no being able to do my PE'ing :(

also this will be the 3rd time i have to restart my 90 days...so im not exactly new to PE, its just that i keep doing something wrong :mad:
