bpfsl was 7 1/4 " today

Thanks to Frb3 and Big Al, I think I finally got the wrap right for hanging.
Intensified my routine again. added 10 kegals to the stretching routine.
added 15 strokes to each jelq routine (5-10 second)
Now do 4 sets of uli's (45 second holds)
Hang 5 lbs 2 sets of 12 minutes (5-10 minute rewarm in between sets)
Baloon/edge 2-3 times a week (when possible)
After an intense workout for the last two days, I had a couple of "WOW" moments when measuring. Both times I busted
The 7" mark for bpel. I'm not going to change my stats just yet though, in case they are temporary.

Reach my 6 month mark in a couple days. And I think I've officially busted the 1" or better mark in gains.
I've measured after the last few workouts, and each time I hit the 7 1/8" to 7 1/4" mark :)
I hit the 7 1/4" mark if I edge/balloon after my routine. (I hope its permanent!)

Girth is another issue though. I've only gained about an 1/8" so far total. I'm gonna stick to this routine for awhile and see what happens.
So far, hanging has effected me positively. My eq is around 8, and the libido is cooking!

My homemade hanger is driving me crazy. takes as long to get it on right, as it does to hang.
So far everything is going good though. My bpfsl has increased a little(positive P.I.)

hey waylander, looking like the gains are perminatnt mate! great stuff, do you think the hangings doing its job?

When I get it right, it feels like a real good hang. But man it's been a pain in the ass getting the wrap and all right.

I have a theory concerning Uli's(probably not new) About 30 seconds into the hold, I kegal really hard and loosen my hold for a split second(then immediatly re grip). This seems to push fresh blood into the penis while not losing the pressure of the Uli.
I seem to have much less red dot problems this way, and I'm able to safely hold it longer.

thats exactly what i do keeps it more pumped i also started kegeling while holding aswell

just finish another good workout. Edging soon to follow. Have to say, the rice sock is by far, hands down, the best way to warmup that I have tried so far.
After some advice from fellow Gymers and reading some material at Thunders, I think I finally got a good hanging systyem.
I use a 1" X 3" pipe clamp with a little modification, and a good wrapping, I get a reasonably comfortable hang. I'll post a picture of my contraption as soon as I get a chance.

Due to time constraints, I only managed 3 days PE last week. And only one so far this week. I got a cold virus and my head feels like it will explode. Just can't get motivated for PE with this sh*t. Had the best EQ i've had in a long time last week, after sex my boner remained for quite a while. I kegaled and squeezed during sex, and man I could drive a nail through a 2x4 with it.(the wife was pleased). I think edging has helped me alot. I plan on sticking with my current routine for awhile. Hanging is still a pain in the ass, but I feel like I'm getting a better stretch than I could by hand. I'm at 5lbs now, and I add an additional pound in the last few minutes of each hang.

Took some extra time off last week. I only did 2 days of my routine.

Today bpfsl- 7 1/4 "

bpel- topped 7 1/4 " yesterday after edging. Should have my bathmate in a couple weeks. My plans are, to break my routine up a little.

10-20 mins- warmup
2 sets of 12 min hangs(5 lbs) rewarm for 5 min in between
5 min rewarm
2 sets of light uli's 20-30 seconds each
5 min rewarm
10 mins of jelqing (V and OK grip)
10-20 min warm down
15-20 min edging a few days a week

THEN at night:

10-15 min warmup in tube
(1)10-15 min bathmate pump
5-10 min jelqing
(2) 10-15 min bathmate pump
5-10 min jelqing

Basically splitting my jelqing time. Half my normal time in the morning time, the half with the pumping.

If any of you vets read this, I would appreciate your thoughts on my new routine schedule........opinions?

To me this looks like a solid routine assuming you have the time and you're conditioned enough. I say try it, watch for negative PIs and adjust accordingly, with a girth heavy routine like this you also might want to back off on a few days and do a light routine on occasion. You also might want to keep those jelqing sessions closer to 5 min on your pumping workout.

Thanks for the feedback! I've been at it for over 6 months now, so I'm conditioned. Pumping is new to me though, so any advice (like yours) is appreciated.

Hanging is VERY taxing to your unit and it would seem as if girth work is much less effective when your unit is tired. What's the frequency of this routine? Days off versus days on...?

First off, Thanks for your input!

2 on 1 off is what I strive for, though it doesnt always work out that way. I try to do at least 3 days of pe a week. My original intensions were to do a rounded routine to effect both girth and length. I basically stuck with JP's 90 day with a few small modifications(basically added reps and intensity after the 90 days)

I threw in uli's to focus a little more attention to girth(due to slower girth gains). I've had outstanding results in length gains(over an inch). My girth growth has been slow(about 1/8" so far). I havent been hanging very long(still a work in progress), I only do the two 12 min hangs and to be honest, it seems to be less intense to me than the usual manual stretches I was doing.

I havent started this routine yet. I just now have the bathmate on the way.
My normal routine involves about 25 mins of jelqing(V and ok grip).

I'm unable to do any pumping during my standard routine. It will have to be done at a different time of day. That's why I thought about breaking my routine up into two different sessions, but still getting the rep count throughout the course of a PE day. I was under the impression that jelqing along with pumping was a good idea, and rather than add extra jelq's to the day, I would split up the amount I'm doing now in two.

I'm open to suggestions and any advice you have.

Does that make any sense?

Bathmate plus uli's for girth concentration pumping and clamping type exercies seem to add girth. Yeah you should do a program like that 3 days per week. A bit intense for a newb, ease into it see how goes keep in mind the Pi's.
