Yes I know what you mean. But it's still a bit weird since I'm only 23 years old and some of these women are married !! They're not shy and seem to be super happy when you're talking to them and they like to tease as well ! First I thought 'Older ladies are really friendly !' But they're just flirting with you !

And I will bet my last dollar that those very women are terribly unhappy with their husband. He most likely drinks, is an ass or whatever the case. A woman who is happily married and truly in love with her husband might look at a younger buck and fantasize but when push comes to shove, it's their man they ultimately have the eyes for. They're super happy because you're paying them attention. I'll also bet that some of their husbands would rather go home and make love to a bottle of gin than their own wife.............now how sad is that? Yup! I think older women have learned that the process can be as much fun as the goal. Some things, like flirting, can get easier and less pressure-filled with time. But MrBD is also probably right. Speaking from the female perspective, there are fewer eligible partners out there in one's own age group as time passes.
Take advantage of that if you choose to, but go in with your eyes open.

I use myself as an example here. My ex is 50. The odds of her finding a fit, attractive, funny, caring and emotionally plugged in male counterpart are pretty fuckin' slim. And the odds of her finding one younger than her that meet that same set of criteria even slimmer. She had me and because she held herself hostage in her own pool of emotional hell, she lost me. And I agree, make certain you have your eyes and ears WIDE open dude.

I suspect there are a lot of women who just reach a point where they wonder if they "still have it" or want a refresher course on what a new guy feels like and all the excitement of a new relationship, even a very short one. Hmmmm, that's funny. My mom just asked me today is I thought my ex went back to her husband. I highly doubt it after all the smack she talked about him to me but one never knows. Either way, she isn't my problem anymore so he can have her if he wants her.
