Okay what's happening on the ground. Half of the country is without power meaning no lights, no heat and it's winter. Food and water become scarce in most regions. Anytime Putin feels like it he lobs a few more rockets and wipes out more infrastructure. Sounds like Ukraine is kicking butt.

On the ground? A proxy war. A long boring war controlled by Putin.

Tomorrow, Putin very comfortably from the sea can lunch rockets, blackout completely Ukraine, cut all their supply chains, and thats it. But thats not the plan. Ukraine eventually will be allowed to survive and win. Is part of the plan. There is a timeline already discussed.

Now the means to achieve the objective is a different thing. Of course I oppose the death of anybody for that purpose. Wether Ukrainians or Russians, nothing worst in the world than a war. Nothing worse than killing each other. Nothing worse than civilians paying the price. But all wars are dirty. The US killed dozens of thousands Iraqi and Afghani civilians in the last 20 years for nothing more than plain corruption.

When russia’s president, Vladimir Putin, invaded Ukraine on February 24th 2022, he set out to grab territory, deprive it of sovereignty, wipe out the very idea of its national identity and turn what remained of it into a failed state. After months of Ukraine’s fierce resistance, its statehood and its identity are stronger than ever, and all the things that Mr Putin had intended to inflict on Ukraine are afflicting his own country.
Mr Putin’s war is turning Russia into a failed state, with uncontrolled borders, private military formations, a fleeing population, moral decay and the possibility of civil conflict. And though confidence among Western leaders in Ukraine’s ability to withstand Mr Putin’s terror has gone up, there is growing concern about Russia’s own ability to survive the war. It could become ungovernable and descend into chaos.

Everything written in this statement is untrue.

The media likes to continually post this propaganda.

Russian polls have putins popularity at an all time high.

.Illinois of ukranians have fled Ukraine. Some 2 million plus have actually fled to Russia.

Here is the thing short of death the Z man is going nowhere he will govern the Ukes till this war is over .
Putin if he was deposed tomorrow no one would be surprised .
I really do think Russia is more likely to disolve at this point than Ukraine
Anyway the Ukes have a lot of land still to win back so this roles on.

Okay let's get out of fantasy and into reality. Russia will not dissolve. It has been through far far worse. Anyone remember a little altercation they had with the Germans back in the 40's?
Now let's get rid of Putin you say. Putin and his buddies have a lock on control of Russia. They're not going anywhere. Now let's just say Putin gets kicked out; who will replace him? Did you ever consider Putins replacement could be worse? Hey maybe you get a guy who does a quick nuke strike on Ukraine and it's all over. Tell me how would you stop that? Do you actually think that the world would go to war and end the world over Ukraine? How would we punish a guy who did that? Oh sanctions; like they really work. How are sanctions working out in North Korea and Iran? Are they on their knees yet?

If Z doesn't start making concessions he loses all of Ukraine, or what's left of it.

The guy or guys since it may fracture after Putin may indeed be worse .
The world has to avoid the appeasment that caused this to happen in the first place .
If he stays the Ukes will throw him out of Ukeland .
He has caused the destruction of more than 2 countries btw .
Places like Moldova that he took a bite out of previous
Russia may not recover in our lifetimes btw

At this point reigeme change is more likely in Russia than Ukraine and so is the breakup of the country .
The Uke people are in no mood for compromise . The treatment given them by Russia has solidified their will .
The persons coming after Putin may well be worse .

If Ukraine does not surrender, there will be no more Ukraine.

It's really just that simple.

Russia has been shelling the sh1t out of them and there is only one way to stop it.

They will lose no matter what they do, its just a matter of how much more they want their people to suffer.

Many many Ukes are against Zelensky, this is a known fact but kept well suppressed.

Putins popularity is at an all time high and the economy continues to flourish.

Ukraine is already destroyed and the leaders have fled. None are in Ukraine, they took billions and ran

I'm seriously laughing right now. I'm sorry man, but your gulping down the kool-aid.

It's no longer a conspiracy theory when it proves to be true.

Russia is absolutely pounding Ukraine. They are destroying their infrastructure and Ukraine can't stop it.

I'm sure, soon enough, the media will be telling you that they are defeating the Russian military on horseback with bows and arrows.

There are literally millions without power, I mean like 20 million and the power grid of Ukraine was 40% destroyed a week ago.

The civilians are fleeing, upwards of 4.2 million with close to half fleeing to Russia.

If more people tried some critical thinking, they might understand why the media is lying. The lies are to encourage support because if more knew the truth, they would be protesting across the globe to stop the war and wasting of money, supplies and suffering.

You can convince yourself that Ukraine is winning all day long but that won't stop the missiles from taking out their entire power grid which is damn near accomplished.

Once the power is down they will come a cross that frozen ground and seal the deal.

I suppose once Russia has a flag on the capital building in Kyiv, the media will spin it into a morale victory.

Maybe the Ghost of Kyiv can fly around with a banner trailing behind his sopwith camel.

So many things proven to be false and still, I am a conspiracy theorist!

Over 200,000 troops hanging out at the border until the ground freezes

Tick tock Zelensky

Tick tock

Where was your outcry when the Ukes were shelling the Donbass region in 2014 and on?
Human Rights Watch claimed Ukraine used about a dozen cluster bombs in the Donbas region in October 2014. (Also reported in the NYT.) It was also claimed that Russia used cluster bombs. Not really comparable to the hundreds of rockets and drones Russia has fired into civilian occupied buildings.
