I feel like I"m doing too many internal stretches. I'm going to cut them in half.
Right now, I'm up to around 60 jelqs or so. I got impatient and bumped it up to 5 Uli V jelqs early. I'm pretty sure I could do another one or two, but I'll take it slow. I still have another week and a bit before I hit 6.
I've also added in some 45 second mandingo stretches. I find they're similar to a bundled stretch.
I'm also considering doing a cool down after the stretches, and then warming up again for another 10-15 minutes. It will increase my time by 20-30 minutes,
I'm taking 1 or 2 days of rest for every 4 days on. The cool thing about PE is that I don't need to feel bad for missing a day of workout. I'm not turtling as much, I have a longer flaccid hang and I'm plumper too. Not consistently, but the more I listen focus on my peen, the better results I get.
I also look at morning wood differently now. I see it as either a happy penis, or an overworked penis.
I'm also going to do kegels now. I'm going to do a 1 day on, 1 day off. I think my edging problems are derived from a weak PC.
Edging is a BITCH. the ponr hits me from nowhere, and I finish without wanting to. I need to keep watching my breathing because I have the tendency of holding it in.
I find that if I do reverse kegels while edging, I have the chance of losing my erection, or not getting one. It's almost like I'm denying blood from going in, or forcing it out of the penis.
