I feel like I"m doing too many internal stretches. I'm going to cut them in half.
Right now, I'm up to around 60 jelqs or so. I got impatient and bumped it up to 5 Uli V jelqs early. I'm pretty sure I could do another one or two, but I'll take it slow. I still have another week and a bit before I hit 6.
I've also added in some 45 second mandingo stretches. I find they're similar to a bundled stretch.
I'm also considering doing a cool down after the stretches, and then warming up again for another 10-15 minutes. It will increase my time by 20-30 minutes,

I'm taking 1 or 2 days of rest for every 4 days on. The cool thing about PE is that I don't need to feel bad for missing a day of workout. I'm not turtling as much, I have a longer flaccid hang and I'm plumper too. Not consistently, but the more I listen focus on my peen, the better results I get.
I also look at morning wood differently now. I see it as either a happy penis, or an overworked penis.

I'm also going to do kegels now. I'm going to do a 1 day on, 1 day off. I think my edging problems are derived from a weak PC.
Edging is a BITCH. the ponr hits me from nowhere, and I finish without wanting to. I need to keep watching my breathing because I have the tendency of holding it in.
I find that if I do reverse kegels while edging, I have the chance of losing my erection, or not getting one. It's almost like I'm denying blood from going in, or forcing it out of the penis.

I hate reading about injuries. They make my dick turtle. I can almost feel the pain.

Yes, Toadstool!! It is extremely important to keep your breathing deep and relaxed. Breathe in and breathe out long and slow. This will tell your dick to relax as well. If you practice this deep breathing from the diaphragm, it will relax the groin muscles and the suspensory ligaments, and this, in turn, will allow your penis to extend and not retract/turtle. I KNOW this approach was a large part of my dramatic gains back in 2003/2004.

Toad wats up bro. Looks like you got things on going on the right track. Keep it up bro.

I 100% agree with the breathing when it comes to edging a sec or 2 in and a sec and 2 out. When you feel yourself start focusing on the sensation of how it great it feels take a breath and remember the reason why you are edging.

Keep practicing and you will conquer the ponr

I just finished reading a story about how a guy would do 5 weeks on (with a routine of 3 days on, 2 off) and then take a whole week off.
That's... So little!
Next week, I'm taking it off. I'm going to incorporate week-long breaks into my routine. I wonder if edging counts?

So, Saturday, December 10 was when I started my week-long break. I'm picking it up Sunday, December 18th.

When I start up again, here is what my routine will look like:
15-20 minute warm up with a rice sock
JP90 stretches to get it started.
45 second mandingo stretches x 4
60 second internal stretches x 2
35 second bundled stretches x 4
All this x2
(about 14 minutes of stretching)

I cool down for about 5 minutes with a cold cloth.
Then I warm up again for 10-15 minutes with the rice sock

60 jelqs
6 Uli V jelqs
x3

Then a warm-down of 10-20 minutes.


To anyone reading this, I aim for 5 days on, 2 days off sort of deal. Sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less.
I try to be generous with my resting days and I pay good attention to my PIs. I like the week-long break idea. I'm going to do that more often.

I'll be honest, sometimes I don't make it through the jelqing part of the work out. I start to feel... cramped? It's uncomfortable. Most of the time, it all feels good, but sometimes it starts to border painful.
I stop immediately when this happens and warm down.

Supplements I take:
Ginko Biloba
Fish Oils
zinc
Protein supplements

I'm also very active. I'm at the gym almost every day. I do cardio, I lift weights. I eat amazingly healthy. I'm known as the "health freak" to all my friends. I'm vegetarian.
I do smoke pot. However, 1 gram lasts me 1 month or more.
I drink on occasion. Maybe 1 beer, or a glass of wine. Not big into alcohol

Oh yea,
I also do kegels and edging.
I do kegels every day, either with the routine (in the JP stretches), or I do 3-5 sets of 50 kegels, with one 10-20 second hold at the end every other day.
Edging I do for 20-40 minutes when I can. I want to DO and MMO... but it's not coming so great.

It's weird. When I do these exercises, it doesn't seem like much. I enjoy every second of it and when I'm finished, I usually feel like I could do more. Or maybe it just seems big because I write it out in full like that? When others write, it's usually "X minutes of stretching, Y in jelqing." Makes it seem small and simple.
But now that I'm seeing it written out, it seems like a ton. Other people's routines seem so small and simple. Mine's jumping back and forth between different exercises.
I really like it though. I never have problems with erection. I'm consistently getting 90-100% erections. It doesn't hurt, doesn't turtle, no discolouration ... my PI's are saying "gogo" but I'm getting afraid.

Whenever I read stories of people losing the function in their cocks, my brain tells me I should stop completely. I love my dick. I never want it to die :(

I'll see how it goes and I'll reevaluate it all at christmas.

So I started up my routine again, and the stretches left my dick feeling uncomfortable. They also gave my ding dong an accordion look.
So I'm stopping the stretches altogether.

I'm doing a simple a JP90 routine, but am replacing the Vjelqs with Vuli Jelqs.

And I'm happy to say that I am now 7.5"BPEL
and still 5.5" MEG <---- I swear this goes up a 1/4 inch sometimes.

Last time I measured, I was 7.5 BPEL. Now when I measure, I'm 7.25. where'd that 1/2 inch go??
The only thing I can think of is how my EQ is really good. When I'm measuring, it's a 9.5 or 10. It has a slight curve to it that may not be accounted for in the measuring.
Seriously though, how disappointing is that?

I have started doing stretches again. It feels much better doing them.
My problem is that I can't stick to one routine. I jump from jelqs to stretches and back. I don't think I'm hurting myself, but it's not optimal for finding gains.

When mine member is fully erect it is 7 3/4 BPEL and about 7 1/2 NBPEL, but when the EQ is lower, it is a little lower about 1/8-1/4 of an inch. This is common. The ironic thing is that the girth is still the same (hmm...).

I think I'm going to go try BigAl's coaching...

Being told to go with the jelq-free routine.
I do 50 squeezes and 600 side-side stretches
with a 2% increase each subsequent time.

I'm not up to 61 squeezes and 802 side-sides for my next routine.
My EQ and libido are UP.

My penis is fucking weird, man.
At one time it was 7.5" long. Another time it was 7.25. and I also measured at 7.33.
Same thing with my EG. I found some tailor's measuring tape... and it fluctuates between 5.25 and 5.4. Only rarely do I measure it at 5.5.
It might be an EQ thing.

This new routine has me waking up with morning wood every single morning.

I'm also doing Edging and kegelling, to build up enough strength for towel raises. I think that's a big factor in my raised EQ. The kegels, I mean.
I'm glad I signed up to the mecoach. BigAl's awesome.

Progress update:

5-7 minutes of warm up
71 squeezes
936 side to sides
5-7 minutes warm down

I do this 3 or 4 times a week

PLUS
I do 50 erect kegels, held for 5 seconds each, 3-4 times a week.

Every morning, I get morning wood. I can stay erect for hours. I can last for hours in bed.
I also sometimes hit 7.5" in length. Only sometimes. It actually fluctuates between 7.25-7.5. I find that a little strange.

How do you do your 71 squeezes?? How long do you squeeze for? I have never seen one like this before, im intrigued. :)

This is all done at about 70-80% erection level. It takes like 30-40 minutes to do and it's hard to do.

I found this strange, since so many people here at PEgym.com say to warm up for at least 10 minutes; the more, the better.

The whole routine takes over 90 minutes to do at this point. I know that the longer you do it for the more likely you will see gains.

Keep going bro, you will grow even more!! I agree that increase is on the way for you too, especially if you are seeing a bigger size now and again. That happened to me last month and now i am solid with my stats.

I personally did progressive training/penis confusion, i got the idea of going411by7. I read that he added time onto exercises until he had a huge routine! I did the same and it worked. Recently i have cut it down due to being too big for my girlfriend :D Goal reached hehe! I am happy and not really bothered about gaining anymore, focused on just keeping it now. It's all good. :)
