I'm doing a 2 steps forward-1 step back approach from now on. I was reading that it will be helpful to avoid plateaus. I'll be advancing for another week or two, then drop it down. Advance, drop it down. What was the circumstances behind you dropping your jelqs to 250 ?
Well I don't have any formula for dropping. I drop it by a bit, then I'll keep going past that and drop it again. So how do you decide how much to drop it to every 2 weeks and how much to increase it by each session ?
And it theory when you drop it back would that be counted as a recovey week since it is at a lower intensity than before ?
