It was around 60 grams of protein where the spike in BG happened for me.
Oh really ! That is lower than I would expect . When I use Cgm again I will have to experiment . I exceed 60g at a siting daily so it is very relevant .

I'm 5'-9" and 150 lbs, so I think the threshold would be expected to be in the 50 to 75 gram range or so. Could be more could be less depending on the individual.

So I don't seem to spike from normal amounts of protein I eat at a sitting so up to 75 go or so . I seem sensitive to rice .

I'd expect rice to raise BG, especially if not eating with a good portion of fat. It would be interesting to keep increasing protein until you see a spike to know where the line is. I'm smaller than you and 75 gr does it for me. I like to know that because I prefer to go in and out of ketosis, not stay in it full time, so want to know the min amount I need to raise BG once a day. And, when I say "spike", it's not the same spike I'd see from sugar - I'm going from ~70 to ~110 and the curve isn't as steep.
