Was just edging, and thought my unit looked really big so whipped out the ruler and measured- 6.6"!!! This is obviously because I had jelqed before, but still pretty incredible. I'm just wondering- are there are any head/glans specific exercises- my penis glans is always "full" after jelqing + edging, but never when I get an erection usualy. Very frustrating!

Was that NBPEL or BPEL? Just asking since your third post or so says your starting was 6.6"BPEL (or was that a mistake)

Was just looking through my log, and saw that very early on in my log I had measured NBPEL of 6.25" after edging. Even still, the 6.6" measurement is a 0.3"-0.4" gain in length which I'm pleased with- especially since I've been so slack in doing PE recently. This is motivation for me to be more consistent!

OK, back to a regular schedule (I hope)!

Just did a session. 6 mins warm up, 10 mins stretching, 15 mins jelq. Penis was plump right after, but within 15 mins has returned to its usual flaccid state. It used to be 'plumper' for longer...

Done. 1 week to go until what should be the end of my JP 90 days. However, since I missed a couple of weeks, I'm setting my end date (of the JP90) as March 15th. I've decided not to measure until then.

Just did a session. Lack of privacy nowadays, so I have to try and fit it in when I can- that's why there's been disruptions to my schedule.

Been PE'ing consistently this week. I feel my gains are runniing out from this current routine. When I finsih it in a weeks time I'm going to add some more / new exercises.

Why not take a decon break? I didn't read through your thread, I admit, but from this post it seems like you have been doing the same routine for a while and the gains are starting to taper off. Give your dick a break.

I haven't updated in a while, and have only been jelqing 3-4 times a week since I last posted. Over the weekend, I'm going to come up with a new routine (having finished JP 90), and ensure that I update every day.

PE'd every morning this week. No edging. Just continuing JP 90, until I have the time/ come across a more advanced routine. I feel that JP90 routing is definitely losing its efficacy though.

Thanks for your input, but why take a break? JP 90 is a pretty standard routine which I'm doing 5 days on, 2 days off. Considering I've been doing PE for a few months now, don't you think I should be adding more intensive exercises instead?
