Today I started doing the tennis ball thing, I lie my body down on it and run it over my lower back/outside of my glutes/upper back thigh/perineum. After doing this, I massage the perinium area deeply throughout the outsides of it, and then I do an internal massage. I find that it seems if I'm going to find anything it's really deep in, and then towards my abdomen area. I found alot of muscle in that region, so I'm going to try massaging it, pushing in and trying to get any deeper tissue behind it I can get too. That's about all I can do for now. I'm going to keep doing this along with the protocol. I haven't seen much change but I've been drinking quite a bit the last few days as school just finished and everyone wants to see me before I head down to texas for four months. Also the amount of erections I'm getting is insane, I have to admit I sort of lightly masturbated at one point and then caught myself and stopped. So I'm still happy-ending free for two weeks now. It hasn't been easy these past few days, I think if I can make it through the next week it'll start to get easier.

Yeah, I had the paralyzed sensation for sure, when this all first started my pelvic floor was AWFUL, it was ridiculous, one day for an hour I was literally fully clenched and could not unclench the pelvic floor.

I know pelvic floor is responsible, it's just a question of whether or not it's because of lack of blood flow, or if its just the muscles themselves. I'm finding it hard to find a PT, I feel like a pelvic floor PT is the key to getting this fixed for me, or at least getting me a hell of a lot closer.

I've racked my brain trying to think of what I could possibly have done to destroy the blood flow to my pelvic floor. I masturbated totally normally like always, and then did some some trigger point massage. That's when it "blew up". Only thing I could possibly think is that maybe my blood was extra thin because I was taking garlic for a week or two? Doesn't really add up though.

What I think is the case is that through a ton of tension and pain, longterm antibiotic use, an outrageous amount of stress and anxiety for two months straight, followed by two weeks of Saw Palmetto and a bunch of other supplements I completely drained my testosterone, adrenal, immune and neuro system to the point of breakdown.

Whether I truly physically injured something or not, I cannot tell. Muscle tension caused by blood loss doesn't add up in my case. My muscles were already tensed to the point of agony when this happened. And not just in my pelvis. I also destroyed the parotid gland on the right side of my face from TMJ and cortisol overload causing Copper overload, causing even less Zinc and even less testosterone.

It really was a "perfect storm" type situation for me. Now I feel like I've gone over the edge and survived and need to slowly and quietly repair and undo all this stuff. I am still very confident that it will go away. Just need to figure it out. Luckily I'm a good figure-it-outer. We are building up a nice little army of people who are actively pursuing this. That's about the best we can do. We should be proud of what we've done so far. It's something, even if it's just making ourselves feel better for now. That's still something.

So we know the blood flow is screwy. And based on how I've been lately, it looks like that dorsal vein may indeed just be constricted somewhere. At 100% flaccid not only is it not enlarged, it's not even visible. That doesn't work for a thrombo scenario. I also haven't gotten a 100% sure answer that it's a dorsal vein and not a dorsal artery. They live at the same level under the skin, and mine is not up the middle where the DV should be. It's off to the left where the left artery would be. I also showed impaired flow higher up in the iliac. So if we are talking blood going INTO the penis, that's arteries and not veins. There are more arteries deep within though too, and I'm not sure where the hell those are fed from, but I'm assuming it's through the bulb and the perineum somewhere. And that's where we are hurting a bunch too.

The idea that that other guy used a TENS device and it unlocked his muscles sounds really promising actually. I don't have the guts to do it on myself, but I'd definitely let the PT do it. I know they have biofeedback and all that stuff. Will ask about it next appointment. Imagine they could just zap the muscles out of spasm? Oh my god that would be friggin' amazing.

For now go buy Heal Pelvic Pain from Amazon and just start. That's the best option for a DIY PT program. It has EVERYTHING you need. It's $10 and you can download it instantly. Can't beat that.

As for the trigger points, try to find some videos of it on YouTube or something to make sure you are doing it right. It's just a matter of finding a small spot that hurts a lot when pressed on, then pressing on it even more for even longer until it undoes itself. You only need to use one thumb. Sometimes I'll hit a certain one and I can literally feel my muscles prying open. And the muscles are far away from the trigger point. I'll work on one in my stomach and feel the muscle near my testicles pry open. It's wild.

Does it sound like a serious HF in my case guys?

did pe 8 yrs back for a few months, somehow ended up with ED where I couldn't keep an erection very well.

Anyway go back a month an like an idiot I had another go, 30 firm'ish jelqs with a half decent rice sock warm up.

Penis turtled badly and I had a hard flaccid for a few days.

Since then my dick is smaller, my penis head is definitely smaller than before and my penis head looks to be a slightly different shape!

It went back to a more normal flaccid state after a few days. I masturbated. I felt a lot less able to control my ejaculation. After I came by dick went badly HF for 3 days. 2 weeks on with taking supplements it was much better, my flaccid hang was great but my penis head was STILL smaller.

Anyway today for no reason at all it went HF again! I just applied heat via the shower. It's slightly improved but inside the 2 chambers are really firm near the glans.

What does it sound like to you guys, serious or what? and whats my course of action here?

Thought it had got better without any masturbation or porn but clearly not as its just gone back to HF again!

Obitoo, the EXACT moment that you acquired hard flaccid, the moment in which the injury occured, were you messing around with trigger points in the pelvic floor area or above the penis?

My penis has been getting a lothealthier lately. Before this hard flaccid thing, I barely measured in at 5.9BPEL. Now I measure in easily at 6.2BPEl. What the hell is going on? I used to masturbated once a day before getting HF. Now I masturbate aprox. 2-3 times a week.

I'm still young (under 20), so could it all just be a coincidence?

edit: my EQ isn't even at 100%

Have anybody talked to scissorscock about his doing now? Also he Said earlier in this thread he was going to make à thread about his recovery. Hows that going? Or is he writing à article for the website obitoo? And Guys please post positive comments to Thomas over there. We cant loose him. I would But somehow i cant comment anymore. I think when the forum is up over there. Everybody Do a mission. One Do the 5gs, one Do Thomas cure, one Do saccs. One combine. One Do homemade. One recruiting members. We should treat that site like à Buisness.

Awesome dude! Yes, it could be. It could Also be PE if you did that when you got injured. I read about Guys that overtrained and got bigger when recovered.
What have you been doing lately?

I've edged almost every day without ejaculating. Sometimes for hours. I went one week without ejaculating after I got HF, but I edged almost every day. Maybe thats what causing it. I have also began kegeling for the first time in my life.
It's really weird tho, since I didn't gain anything from the 3 months I did PE back in 2010. (I didn't edge or kegel back then)
The day I injured myself was my first PE session since mid-2010. I did like 100 jelqs and a couple of stretches. After that I have taken a break from PE.

See this is what I don't get. I didn't have any of that. I smoked weed and then shortly after took a piss and put on the micatin spray. Honestly the only way this could have happened has to be chronic muscle tension.

This sucks, I'm getting the feeling there's literally no way to cure this.

Well cutting out the weed would probably be a good start.

How can you feel thats there's no way to cure this when we have 3 Guys that have been cured? Probably more, but they went on with there lifes instead of coming back to this site. Is it only me thats sick of all this whining?? I want to be healed from this just as much like anybody here. This is depressing to read all the time. Its not helping, both scissors and Thomas stated very CLEAR that you live stressfree to heal this. When you read everybody saying rest in Peace to their Dicks...well i just say, Its not the best pep talk! I certaintly don't feel happy and motivated. And why Do i have the feeling since My post to HFproblem.. I AM the bad Guy?

I really want to help with this. I really Do. But this negativity... Its draining me of energy. And i am certain Its the same for many others aswell. If Im the only one feeling like this, please let me know. I wont interupt you guys again. I mean we have already done this support thing. We are saying the same things to eachother! We're up over 1000 posts now!!! I feel sorry for Guys reading them from post 1.

I don't know How to put this, you probably didn't get too happy reading this. But Somebody have to say that negativity is not ok. Its à proven fact. There's not one good thing about it. Im even angry with myself for being angry at you guys. Hmm. Well.. Woooooo saaaaaa!

Probably because these people who claim to have been cured didn't have it for nearly as long. Not to mention I've been using the same techniques they have for the past 6 months of having this condition and yet haven't gotten anywhere closer to a cure. Stress free? Tried to remain stress free as possible. Abstain? Did that, still doing it again. Supplement? Did that, doing it again.

When you try everything and nothing works reality sets in. There's a difference between negativity and reality. Maybe reality is negative for you, but that makes you negative, not me. Just because I say there isn't a cure, why is that negative? It's a reality. If you admit to yourself you have terminal cancer are you being negative, or facing reality? It's you that has decided it's negative.

I've accepted that the chances of curing this are pretty small. Which means the consequences are fairly obvious, a dismal sex life, and a lower chance at finding my ideal woman. Maybe I will find a woman accepting of this condition, maybe I won't. Yet I'm still here, and there's still plenty of other things I can do. I can still party and have fun with my friends, I can still play sports, I can still travel the world, I can still read a book, watch a movie, discuss things that matter to me, get a great job and live somewhere I want to. Yet people like you have decided having a hard flaccid is the end of the world. No sir, you are the negative one, not me.

Guys, seriously, has ANYONE tried the regimen to balance out PGE?? I have been doing the 4 g's now (sans green tea) to see if it helps any..

But I really like the PGE idea.. It seems that across the board, we all injured something somewhere in our pelvic/perineal area and that has led the body to go into a long standing chemical lockdown of our muscles. It is a temporary inflammatory response that needs to be balanced out. We all know it is temporary as when we pee it ALWAYS goes to normal and therefore it is simply a relaxation of the muscles and that is caused by a chemical response in the body. Keyword here= temporary. This IS curable!

I think a solid regimen for curing hard flaccid would be:

2 months do the following:

-abstinence

-hot bath/heat pad 1-2 times daily (maybe not necessary but could be helpful)

-follow the PGE-2 balancing regimen laid out on HF site.

-blackmore's magnesium powder along with really good magnesium oil (powder morning mag oil @ night)

-locate trigger points in perenial/pelvic area and massage 2-3 times daily

-keep doing things you love doing+stay positive+dont think about your dick! (limit forum visits to twice a week)

I think it would be helpful for everyone to print out diagrams of the pelvic/perenial area's and circle the muscles they feel are trigger points for them to help keep track.

I really think this would be a pretty solid regimen. What you guys think?

Saccs had it for 9months what i can Remember. But you're missing the point, the point is that when you give up is the moment you lose. You Never lose if You Never give up, the fight is just longer. And when people reading Its no cure, they maybe give up. And Its bad for everybody that wants to cure this. We need everbody to colloborate here, be à teamplayer. Help eachother. Stay motivated. And FYI people have been cured from cancer.

No one has been cured. There have been people with very light cases of hard flaccid who have had it go away. I too am one of those people. I had it, and it went away. Now I have a version of it thats 200x worse than the one I had that went away. 3 guys were lucky enough to have a non-severe case of it, and had it go away. Many of us have had Non-severe cases and had it go away before all of this REAL hard flaccid sh*t started. It's not negativity, its people expressing there feelings on the subject to a group of men going through the exact same problem as they are. If this thread is draining you of energy, don't read it. I don't know what to tell you. Its not whining, stop calling it whining. The men on this thread have experienced a traumatic life event, making it difficult to cope, and are looking for the support of men just like themselves. No one here gives two fucks if you are sick of "whining". What do you expect out of this thread? A thread devoted to talking about the injury of the penis, and you want happy positive talk? Its not gonna happen. When good news happens, we post good news. When bad news happens, we post bad news. I agree that a positive lookout on life might help this condition along. But you cant start throwing a piss fit every time someone shares some bad news or express how they are feeling. If the topic of conversation here does not make you feel "happy and motivated," I implore you to spend the time and effort in finding a better forum about hard flaccid that will make you more "happy and motivated". No one is stopping you, go ahead. No one is forcing you to read anything posted on this forum.

I've been doing pretty much this exact regimen now for two weeks, I posted the link to my case study. I'm two weeks in, I just woke up today to a nocturnal ejaculation. Regardless, over two weeks no changes have been noticed. I'm going to keep going with it, but don't assume it's going to do anything for you.
Saccs had it for 9months what i can Remember. But you're missing the point, the point is that when you give up is the moment you lose. You Never lose if You Never give up, the fight is just longer. Where did I say I gave up? Assumption much? You're a total cliche, some of us would rather be realistic than be the guy who keeps telling everyone it's going to workout all the time. Also FYI, nobody is cured from terminal cancer, or else it isn't terminal.

I've only read, what, like two cure stories now, out of the 1000+ cases I've read and followed, over hundreds and hundreds of hours of research spent in the last 6 months, and I'm a relatively new case. One was from a guy who just abstained and supplemented, well people who have had hard flaccid for years now have tried that to no avail. Sacc is probably the only case I've read that seems like a possible cure, yet there's no way of telling if his was just a milder form.

Most people when they talk about progress are most likely experiencing placebo.
