Carry a handkerchief. Make it a fresh clean one everyday, even if you didn't use the one you were carrying yesterday. Be prepared to give it away.

Men can speak in public while looking people in the eye. Individuals and groups are no problem for a man, he speaks clearly and succinctly in all situations. When a man speaks about something that gives him great joy it is evident to all in attendance and they in turn feel great joy.

Men who care? Oh yes you can find them on Ebay; very expensive though because they're not a lot of them, except for here of course!

Always try to be on good terms with the girls closest friends and family. After all, they were there before you, so they are an important part of her life. However, don't try too hard, especially with her girl friends. After all, your woman should always have the first priority, and thereby the attention.

I just heard this and thought it was really cool.
Be the ride that women want to be on. Go to another country and train with actual muay thai fighters. Go study tantra with actual practitioners. Go find a shaman and study with them. Know your fear and become intimate with it. Lean into that fear and do something that scares you every single day. Do it just for the fun of it.

As much as I would like to argue otherwise that is pretty much true. Sure there can be circumstances that would make such pain stay with you than longer than you would like or even want and I sure as hell can't seem to be able to do it, but it is up to each individual to do so.
