I have acquired PE through years of quick masturbation habits and I have concluded that its only cure is the masterbating for lasting long.
For 6 months or so, I did edging and ballooning and gained control to prolong masturbation sessions. I can masterbate for more than one hour with lube now. I have learned to lower my arousal level through deep breaths or RK's etc. I have learned to keep my muscle relaxed and that is wonderful. But I this was with the light or normal grip.
I came across the death grip thread a couple of weeks ago. At first try, I reached to PONR with just a couple of strokes. I noticed the involuntary kegal happening with each stroke. So, to me, the culprit was the "INVOLENTARY KEGAL". I started performing 2 quick kegals with each stroke, and I noticed that I was able to supress the involentary kegal to some extent. First session lasted for 10 minutes or so but it was encouraging.
In the subsequent sessions, I performed one quick kegal after each stroke. This supressed the involentary kegal. When I reach to level 8-9, I performed a couple of RK's and just continued. The important thing is that involentary kegal is no more there even when the arousal level is very high. Now I can go almost non stop for half an hour or so with the tight grip of my all fingers and palm, with maximum feelings. So, I feel that the death grip is more beneficial than anything else.
And now I feel very easy with the light grip, I don't feel PONR even when I am at level 9.
