They are not so reliable sources thats why I want to ask here if anybody have experience on this topic?

I have gained some size from standing hamstring stretch. One guy in this forum have gain 0.2" inch from hip flexor stretch.

Im interested in fixing ATP if it could makes gains faster.

I think we could find the answer with these questions:
1. Do you have swayback and also small penis?
2. Did you sit alot with bad posture on puperty time? 3. Do you still sit alot now and how is your PE gains?

I believe pelvic floor issues can cause a retraction of the penis .

Strange coincidence, I was just about to post asking for opinions on what's going on with myself, I started pe about 4 years ago, gained around an inch maybe more in the first year but life got busy and I ended up tapering off. Anyway since then I hadn't really paid attention to the size (measuring etc) however recently measured and I'm at least an inch shorter than when I started so over 2 inches lost from what I gained. Also noticed in the past year or so I've developed sciatica and looking at the articles all the signs of anterior pelvic tilt. Could this account for such a large reduction in size or is there other things going on here?

It could be you did not measure the same way both times. Measuring with a straight back will give you a very different number than measuring while hunched over. It can cause some serious swings in your measured size. Where you place your ruler will have an effect too. How hard you are when you measure is a factor also.

One of the best gainer have a hip thrust exersice in his penis enlargment routine. He have gained 2,2 inch of lenth and 1 inch of girth. His username is incogeeetoe, go check his progress thread. Sure he have alot other exersices in his routine but in this thread we are discussing is there any correlation between penis size gains and APT.

Hip thrust exersice is recommended for fixing anterior pelvic tilt.

There is no coorelation between penis size and other parts of the body. My foot size is14 triple A. My feet are extremely long and skinny, whereas my cock is thick, thick, thick.

Yes, lower ab strength is very important. Since I am a long distance swimmer, my abs, generally, are powerful, especially the lower ones.That is one thing I had going for me when I made all my gains, (besides swimming a mile a day).

Back in the 70s, it was suggested to do kegels while thrusting the hips forward so you would be working all those muscles in that area.

I definitely measured the same way and It was a very noticeable size increase and also very noticeable size decrease. My first thought was that maybe I had been over enthusiastic and damaged the suspensory ligaments then they healed shorter 🤷*♂️

Take consideration that there are many thread in this forum about the correlation between PE gains and pelvic floor strength or PF balance. In fact one of the pelvic floor thread had been stickied on the front page. PF is correlated to ATP.

Thanks for sharing your exprerience. How did you do that? Kegel and reversel kegel? Or abs and glutes exersice?

Front RK. I reset my PF neutral point, if that makes sense.

My glutes are a mess. Core is better than before, but not spot on.

Tension pulls the banana in, where as relaxation allows the banana to extend out; PF tug of war.
