Hi guys.

I have just ordered my vachanger3 the other day and cant wait to get it. I have been reading like crazy about vac hanging so I'm ready when it gets here. I plan on starting off real slow with only 1 1/4 lb till I have the idea of how this works. I have a good idea on how to tape, what to look and feel for, I rally pay attention to PI's now in my PE.

I am a bit confused on how to position my self for hanging. Do you just sit on the edge of a chair and let it hang down? I read in hanging 101 that BTC is the best position to start with for the first few months. But without laying down and putting your feet up how do you get it Between The Cheeks. And do you let it hang between the balls or to one side of them?

Well that's really the only question I have until I actually get to have some hands on. the reason I decided to start hanging is I read quite a bit and want to take advantage of that time. I also have been doing more work on my business from home so I figured the 2-3 hours I'm sitting and reading or working on stuff for my business I can be PE productive. Any advice is welcome. I sit on the edge of my bed, lay my back on the bed, put two pillows under my head, then feet on a chair in front of the bed and let my dick hang down between my cheeks. Best position, so comfortable and easy. Yes, let it just hang down the middle of your balls, try not to have the hanger on your balls or catching them up though.

I'm not sure I have 2 hours a day to lay down. Maybe for one of the sessions.

What if I got a strap with a pulley that hooked up to my knees. This would be more of a straight out stretch, but could get work done while sitting at my desk on the computer.

Maybe do one hour btc laying down while I read or meditate. And one hour sitting down at my desk with the pulley apperatus?

I'm just trying to prepare my routine.

Yup, either way is fine. I would lay off the straight out hanging until your gains stop with straight down or BTC positions. Try it out, you can make it quite comfortable - put two big pillows under your back/head and you can work away on your computer or read or do whatever. I did it for months, many hours a day, and it was fine. You can also do SD, sit in your seat normally and let it hang down.

Ok. I guess what I tried to explain with the pulley set up Would be more like straight down stretch. It will pull it towards my knees just like if i was standing. I will try them all to see how they feel and what I'm able to do.

I like using resistant bands. You can attach them to any sturdy object and that allows for various angles to be more easily used. Whatever you attach it to must be sturdy and at least double the weight of the tension you are using. A fishing scale allows you to measure just how much tension you are using.

I plan on using like a paracord attached to weights. Or Whatever those survival bracelets are made of. It's supposed to hold the weight of an average sized human and it's small in diameter. Doubt I'll get up to that much weight.hahaha. but who knows maybe hanging another human is the next level of PE.

I order it Sunday..... so not exactly sure when it will be here but I'm super excited to get this started. I have a good feeling about this next step in my PE Career.

Hanger came today. Wow that was fast. I'll have to go out and get my supplies to hook the weights up later. And hopefully will get my first 30 minute session in tonight.

One question. I should get semi erect and tape my glans. Then slide on the pink silicone cone. Then the vachanger and use the tube to get a seal. Once I have a good seal it's happy hanging from there?

Just did my first 30 minutes btc with 1 1/4 lbs weight. The vachanger fell off the sylicone cone after 7 minutes. Got it back on and applied more suction. (It's hard to get suction using my mouth) but it held the rest of the time. After I was done I did some helicopter swings used the heat pad and ended up getting a decent erection so I just dry jelqs and played with it for a bit. Having slight turtling now but we'll see how things are in the morning. Feels good other than wrapping my glans, it sucks to take the 3m micro tape off.

You will get used to it with time. There is a technique to taking the micropore tape off. Usually it all sticks together as one lump and once you get the edges around the shaft-glans meeting points you can basically tape it off in a tug or two.

In relation to slippage - I found going in with a small bit of engorgement helped get a better seal. Also, make sure you aren't putting the vacuum cone too far down (i.e. too close to your glans).

By vacuum cone you mean the clear part you suck air out of correct? If so, I think I tried to put it on the sealing cone as far as possible. This may have not left enough air for vacuum right?

Also. Right when I got it I tried it without taping the glans and got a real good seal. I didn't hang anything just wanted to see how it worked. The tape took up extra space so that's probably the problem. Is it really that bad to not tape the glans?

So this morning I kept waking up with super morning wood. Like not only was I super hard but it felt fatter. And the morning wood lasted. Now don't get me wrong I get morning wood 5/7 days a week but this was crazy. It was there every time my snooze went off.

1 1/4 lbs didn't feel like too much at all but I'm going to stick with it for one week at 30 minutes. For week two should I up the weight to 2 1/2 lbs and stay at 30 minutes? Then week 3 I can stay at 2 1/2 lbs. But go to 1 hour? How should i progress?

Sorry I meant the sealing cone!

That is why I said to go in a little plump before hanging. If your glans are big, then you will not need much suction and the wrapping will not compress on your glans as much.

Wrapping is very important if you want to hang any kind of heavy'iesh weight. There is also the water option too that a lot use. Put water in the bell with your glans instead of wrapping. I didn't use it myself but a lot report good things from it.

It depends on what you can fit in. I would always aim for 2 hours a day hanging. Two 1 hour sets are good. Once you are doing 2 1 hour sets, then you can start increasing the weight by 1 lbs a week until you start feeling good fatigue. Then stay at that weight until you stop feeling fatigue. Then move up by 0.5 lbs a week until you feel fatigue again. Simple :)

Ok. My issue was the bell fell off the sealing cone. The sealing cone stayed right where it needed to be behind the glans. And I did go in a little plump, i read that in your other thread. Have you tried any sealing sleaves?

I'm sure it's just going to take some getting used to just like the bathmate did.

I plan on getting up to two hours. One hour before work and one hour before bed. I didn't really feel fatigue with 1 1/4 lbs @ 30 minutes. But will keep this weight and time for one week just for conditioning. I was just curious how fast I should progress to find fatigue to begin with. Once I find my limit I understand the progression. I read in hanging 101, that you don't want to increase time and weight the same week.

I'm kind of turtling right now and have mild tingling feeling off and on in my glans but I know that's just from the new stress of a new exercise. Can't wait to hang tonight!!!!!!

What's the recommended weight to start with? I've been extending at around 1,500-2,000 grams (3.5lb - 4.6lb) for quite a long time now. Would I be alright starting at 2.5lb?

30 minutes with 1 1/4 lbs with no issues..... so comfortable I fell asleep. Lol. Good thing I set an alarm.

Woke up with above average morning wood mutiple times again this morning. It was so good I had to edge for a while.

Pulling the tape off in one peice really helped with the slight pain.

Just got done with another 30 minutes with 1 1/4 lbs issue free. I used the water method and will use this from now on. My glans were nice and swollen after. Almost like a hang and pump all at once.

Tomorrow I will start a log of my journey moving into hanging. I highly recomend this for beginners as yoh have to start off with low weights anyways and the cost is great. Save the big bucks for when you know you will be committed and need the heavy weights.
