AND FINALLY DONE SUMMER SEMESTER! Holy balls! How intense.

My two highest grades in college have been in Accounting, how crazy, who would've thought?!

Anyways, since I had sex tonight I'm going to take the night off and let my penis recover somewhat from the 3 days on I spent abusing it with hanging, and instead of staying at 15 lbs for another week I'm going to up the weight another 2.5 lbs tomorrow. I'd also like to incorporate Andy's eraser technique into my own hanger and see how that works out for me :)

As far as the sleeve goes, I'm still trying to find out what kind of silicone can handle 10+ lbs weight.. All I need is a quality sleeve because I found a good cap to use with it in order to make a vacuum hanger.

So what I need from you is nothing, unless you know what grade of silicone epoxy (mixture I guess) is strong enough to support that kind of weight!

Notes: 17.5 lbs is a lot of fuckin weight.
No tea today.
Theraband is a nice change-up. Got to modify the strips I cut tomorrow. Find a material to put underneath theraband. Attach velcro straps to theraband as well.

Sup my million dollar buddy. Bro 17.5 lbs sounds intense...i've been fucking around with that hanger i built but only hanging 2.5 lbs and I can actually feel it lol. Right now I'm really trying to make that balls to the wall attempt to get the last out of my manual stretches...if i can get another .25 that would be golden.

Anyway dude I was reading your log and I noticed that you basically hang and edge...and thigh fowfer. Our penises are similar dimensions and if you are like me, you probably want to add a bit more length to what is otherwise a pretty meaty dick. But don't you think you should have SOME kind of girth exercise in there...like at least a bit of jelqing? I remember reading a while ago somebody (I think g4) said that stretching (and in this case hanging) is what elongates the dick, but the jelqing that brings those gains to life.

Yeah I know how you feel Milla there was a couple times where I would do PE in the wee hours like 2:00 am and 3: 00 am before but it was worth it in the long run. Plus if I didn't do it I would mess up my schedule . I just do it keep envision my big cock I want.

Not really sure, I saw it as a way to get gains fast. I also wasn't liking the manual stretching bit either, found it to be too tedious. Hanging was like the ultimate man's man PE exercise and I did it and enjoyed it for the most part.

17.5 lbs is nothing to fuck with man, it is quite intense, the last 2 outta 3 sessions I've started to hang, had to stop and rewrap and get the hanger on again, this is where the hanger and wrapping are key and you can't get away with little things.

Now to go on to your question... This is just a matter of personal opinion (not scientifically/PE backed) but I haven't really gained much of anything in girth, and I believe that I can get away with just hanging and edging because of the lack of gains in girth. I think that in the case of stretching it's a whole nother monster than hanging because hanging applies direct consistent force. While stretching is a lot harder to be consistent and you're not causing the same kind of damage let's say by stretching then as you are while hanging. Hanging you're looking for micro tears in the penis to elongate it (which would be the collagenous deformation) as well as ligament deformation. Jelqing in that respect after a set of hanging would only serve to expand blood vessels and restore circulation, the expanded blood vessels would be great if I was doing maintenance for girth but I'm not, so all I need to do is restore proper circulation which I can do via edging, rice-sock, or a Between the thigh stretch.
But like I said that's all a matter of opinion as well as my interpretation of how things work, there's a very good possibility that I could be right, wrong, or anything in between.

Eh, it's not so much envisioning the big penis, for me it's more like, sh*t, my ligaments are gonna heal up and get tougher and all the deformation will start to go away!

Haven't even started on turkey neck :x. I figure I'll hit my EL goal and then start the process of elimination of the TN.
Overall gains: 1"1/4 EL (NBP & BP) but that was with 10/10 EQ I still have to remeasure for accuracy

The extender is OK so far, I like it because I can extend stealth for an hour at a time and then take it off. Very easy to hide it under clothing when I'm commando.
And it wasn't a phone convo.. He was sitting next to me.. While I was strapped in... But I had shorts on, but regardless... Most awkward sh*t ever yesterday. Today it's fine though, I'm just glad I had the talk with him (unintentionally).
