I've been taking PowerFULL lately too, any noticeable changes you've seen from it? Not just PE wise
Hmm not really.. But I haven't actually been working out though, so its really hard to tell if it's helping or not.. I just cycle it like the bottle is and take it before I go to bed.. BUT with that being said, when I first got here on my vacation I was eating like I was 230 lbs again, so I gained about (ballparking it) 5-8 lbs of fat in the gut department, and doing just simple push-ups and a light core workout got rid of it in 2-4 days. Could be from PowerFULL but I just don't know.
Other then that, I've found that a pill before bed really helps with sleep quality. I wake up feeling amazingly refreshed and just good.
What exactly is PowerFULL? A testosterone supplement?

I would also think that you are getting more girth, the way you have been clamping, it must be a sure thing ;)

No problem man, I like to follow people's logs and stuff, I had just kept forgetting to subscribe to yours.
And I'm the wrong person to add about supplements brother, I don't take anything other then something called PowerFULL by USP labs. All that that is is just a natural HGH and Testosterone promoter. Other then that my attitude towards PE is the same one I take towards my weightlifting; all natural. I don't even drink Green Tea man.
But I would suggest buying some ground ginger as well as cayenne pepper and just using that in what you cook, great stuff that helps erections and sex drive.

Was lazy with my stretches tonight, so I just added more time to them instead of doing 3 sets. My hands cramp up because they get tired which sucks :(.
I also went Kayaking today, which was fun as sh*t, but tiring as fuck. My upper body was soo sore, but my left shoulder hurts more then anything, stupid tendonitis might be acting up again.

Clamping double base - 6.5 mins
Power Jelq - 8.5 mins
Clamping double base - 8.5 mins

Edging - 20 mins
DAMN. Went over the PONR, but managed to kegel HARD and spill out 3 drops.. After which i stayed hard for 3 minutes then got progressively softer :( Damn you penis!

Pirate, since I've stopped ejaculating during a routine (only 2 sessions I've done this) my EQ is a solid 10 every morning. It's amazing how cutting out one little thing makes such an enormous difference! And I think the longer edging sessions as well as not doing 3 sets of clamping followed by power jelqing or manual jelqing contributes as well.

Bone pressed stretched flaccid length, the length of your penis stretched to the max when limp, this article should help with any additional measurment questions you might have Penis Measuring - You Don't Want to Skip It

I know all of the measurement lingo, but IMO - the only thing most people care about are plain old NBPFL and NBPEL... These are the two that I'm most concerned with. I'm not saying the others don't matter, but at the end of the day: I want my flaccid length longer, and my regular non-bone pressed erection length longer... :)

BPFSL is when you measure your penis when it is stretched to the max when it is flaccid. A trivial detail, but could be very important when first starting out PE because if you're BPEL is more than your BPFSL then stretching has the potential to give you great gains in the beginning.

I agree with you to a point, all that matters to me is NBPEL and EG. But I want more girth than length right now because girth is where it's at once you reach a certain erect length!

Haha thanks man! And I just think of it this way. If I do anything regarding my penis even if it is whacking off or banging my girl, I gotta put it in my log so if I ever need to go back and see what I did that day, I'll know exactly what I did.
