A quick question, and i mean no disrespect by this, its a situation that i run into sometimes...When you do your routine without porn do you find it difficult to become aroused? also when your with your girl do you ever have an issue getting aroused after watching porn?...The reason i ask is this: i find that when i watch porn, since its a fantasy of sorts, that its easy to get aroused, then if i see my girl sometimes its a bit difficult to get aroused after watching porn...then i wont watch porn for a couple days, see my girl and Bamm and EQ of 10. So im wondering if you ever see a correlation between the two like i do?

I do sometimes find it extremely difficult to become aroused while doing a routine without porn. Just because the intensity of my routine and being that clamping lowers my EQ sometimes. I've also noticed that I can be sitting down in a chair, no PE on the mind, and get a random erection like the ones I used to get, and then I'll go to the bathroom and think the same exact thing I was thinking before, and nothing will happen.
I don't have the same issue when I'm with my girl because I don't watch porn before going to see her, typically. Usually when I'm with her and we're going to do our thing I don't whack off before hand or anything like that unless we're doing a night thing, even then about 90% of the time I don't do so, and if I do it is early in the day. But to answer your question, it has never affected me like it does to you. It doesn't do so because starting in mid-march I made the choice (after reading on here) to go from watching a lot of hardcore and professional porn, to amateur (not even sex, like girls stripping and masturbating) so it wouldn't affect me in that way. Since doing so it has become easier for me to work through routines and dealing with my own fantasies when it comes to my girlfriend and me.
The only time where I feel it affects me is when me and my lady do our thing for 40 minutes or longer, stop and then do it again. When that happens I require constant stimulation and sometimes find it extremely difficult to stay hard.
It's like trying to take care of a baby, it has its ups and downs I guess.
But you need to start weening yourself off the hardcore stuff (if that's what you watch), I did and have never regretted it. And it was hard because I've been watching hardcore porn since I was about 13-14, so that's 7 years of porn embedded into me.
But I do see a correlation between them as you have said.

Yea man I thought it was hilarious as well, but I guess you can't get more dedicated then that, even though I barely did much of a routine, but who cares! I'm part of the hospital PE crew now, I'm gonna start a bunch of funky groups based on the most awkward places to perform PE. Next on my list: Airplane!
I wish I had the money for a vaccutech! I mean I do have the money for one I just don't have more income coming in after that money is gone. Gotta get a summer job and balance that and a summer semester of school as well. Greattt!
And really? Have you tried the routine? I'm curious as to see if I've gained/lost during my vacation here in Hawaii because of the lack of hanging occurring right now. That's why I've been attacking the sh*t out of my ligs and tunica with this stretch routine.

I have noticed that lately for the past 3 days (with the exception of this morning) I have woken up with MONSTER erections.
Yesterday I woke up with an 11. It was ridiculous. I usually lay in bed and roll over onto my stomach and aim my wood down-wards so it bends at the base. I couldn't even do it with that sucker. Holy crap.
My dick is tired today because no random boners at all, and I was getting them like I did pre-PE for 2 days. Interesting, because I might be gaining again! But who knows, I'm just trying to stay consistent at this point.
I like McDong's clamping idea about how 10 minutes can be unproductive, and so I did a clamping routine somwhat similar to what he does, and I loved it, it was awesome, going to keep it going and hopefully I get some girth gains from that as well.

Well if the opportunity is there I will certainly take it! I remember the times where at work I'd squeeze in some serious stretching time during bathroom usage :). It is all about consistency!
And the plane one will be fun because I'm taking a red-eye outta here so mostly everyone will be asleep anyways :D

Like I've said before buddy, slowly with the bundled stretch is safer. Can't go wrong with taking it slow on such an advanced exercise.

And man! Have you tried half bundled tunica tugs? I started doing them lately and LOVE them.

And man! Have you tried half bundled tunica tugs? I started doing them lately and LOVE them.
Hmmm.. It usually takes me about 20-30 minutes on average. I watch movies while I stretch via my zune and I generally get them done within that time frame.
And the lib pull thumb stretch is like a fulcrum stretch or reverse a stretch with your thumb, you basically stretch your dick out and find that "piano wire" aka your suspensory lig and use your thumb to put resistance on it while you stretch.

No I haven't tried bundled tunica tugs because I actually just added the tunica tugs in my routine that night! But I'll work them in tonight or tomorrow.

Thanks man! And yeah I had to create a new stretch routine that would really target my ligs because I'm visiting my sister in Hawaii for 3 weeks, so I wasn't able to bring my hanger because I didn't think I'd have the privacy... Well I was wrong about not having the privacy sure enough! But anyways no hanger, so I needed a good stretch routine that would still beat up that tunica.
I'm not sure, tell you the truth. I want both, which is why I have both types of exercises incorporated. I want girth more, so what I might do is once I reach my 2nd goal of 7.0" NBPEL I'll just do a maintenance routine to keep the length, and then rape girth.. My 1st goal for girth is a mere 5.3-5.4 mid-shaft.. It's not too much to ask for!
A power jelq is just another fancier name for jelqing with a jelq device. On the bottom of page 23 or 24 or even 25 I got a pic of me doing one of them.
