Hey UPYN and thanks! I'm confused as to what you're confused at.

All of those numbers above are my stats as I measured them 3-4 days ago. I just separated the flaccid stats from the erect stats, which I think you might be getting confused because the FSL is on the top rather than the bottom as it shows in my sig. Not sure if that clears anything up!

Sorry, my bad :p That did clear up a lot, for some reason I thought one was your previous measurements, and the other was your most recent.

Congratulations on the nice gains millia! Must be a pretty great feeling to be over 6" nbp especially since you started at 5.9" just a few months back! I also just measured today (2 month exactly) I started with 5.75 bpel X 4.80 (midshaft) and measured today at 6.125 x 5. Glad to see that we are both gaining...Just waiting for the day that my nbp is consistently over 6 like yours is. Keep up the good work brother!

It is 4 AM in the morning and I just finished a light routine after 9-10days of a deconditioning break.
BTC stretch (warmup) - 15 minutes
Clamping, 1 under base, 1 under glans x 10 minutes
'Head Swell' Power Jelqs - 6 mins
Edging to 100% - 2 minutes
Clamping, 2 at base x 10 minutes

Hey millia, you asked about my clamping routing and said you'd help me out a few days ago, here it is man


Ok cool, thanks millia, I'll fill you in on everything I can think of as of right now..

I start by wrapping with an ace wrap, as close to the base as I can get it. I get about a 60 % erection and put the clamp on, til I see only 2 more clicks (base girth is 5.25) then I work up to 100% with my hand and some porn..I think I really should take the porn out and do it mental. Once I'm up to 100 percent I just keep it at that, slowly the viens be one more noticeable and my dick gets darker, feeling the pressure of the build up inside I tend to stop the stimulation and get down to 90. I don't find anything discomforting and really enjoy it, I tend to go for 7 minutes, 8 is the most I did. Since I just started I have allowed myself to get down to 70 % or so for a few moments then back up to 100. Then I take off the clamp, then the wrap and leave my dick alone for atleast 5 minutes. Then I repeat. I've only done 2 sets in a day so far and only 2 days a week but am planning on doing 3 days this week and possible 3 sets by the last day. I want to work up to ten minute sessions in the next few weeks and really feel I can since the 7 minute seasons don't ever seem to be that bad. I guess the only part that gets to me at some point is how my dick feels like it will burst..should I learn to enjoy this feeling or bring it down a notch at this point? That's all I can really think of to say right now about this..oh my post eq seems to be a tad lower, not much though.

JAI Stretches - 25 reps
Rotating Stretches - 6 sets
Power Jelq - 105
Hand Jelq - 135 (last 15 high pressure)
uli (fully erect) - 3. 1st set of 30 seconds. following 2 sets of 60 seconds
erect kegel (with towel) - 7 reps
edging - 18 minutes (got bored)

Notes:

  • Unit looked longer then usual, not as engorged as usual after jelq session. Going to increase PJ to 135 and HJ to 175 tomorrow.
  • 2 ruptured blood vessels at the base, fairly (on opposite sides, right and left) as well as small ones along upper part of shaft
  • After each set of Uli's penis started to go flaccid, had to play with it to get it to full erection again
  • Couldn't maintain a hard erection for the erect kegels (perhaps do those before jelqs)
  • For whatever reason had difficulty getting hard at the start of edging session, then I became a steel beacon.
  • Unit doesn't feel as tired or sore as usual, was feeling irritation during PJ/HJ, spotted something that potentially could've been bruising so eased up on PJ intensity for a few reps.
  • Gotta trim up the pubes because they were annoying as hell
  • Did a kegel after ~1-3 PJ's, helped me sustain hardness and not go flaccid every ~5-7 reps as I usually do
Next measurement day; SUNDAY
Tomorrow's workout will be planned out tomorrow after some more feedback/research

Thanks brother! I actually started at 5.7 BP, and 5.3 NBP, but it has been a crazy a journey so far, congrats on your gains too bro, that's great news that you're gaining! Are you following JP's routine?
Let's see if those gains come quick after the 9-10 days off!
I don't think they will actually, just because I'm gone from home and didn't bring my hanger, so I'm doing a heavy manual stretch routine, and not sure what else I'll be able to do because of privacy and other factors, so hopefully I'll be able to figure out a way to do other PE.
What are PowerJelqs ? Are they the same as Ultimate Jelqs?
Power Jelqs are just jelqs that are done with a jelqing device, there are also Uber Jelqs but I haven't been doing those in a while.

I did PE whilst in the hospital last night :) Hehehe. I will post my routine tomorrow if I get the chance to.
And I'm walking in a running shoe now, which is FUCKING AWESOME. I had forgotten how to walk without my goddamn air cast on but I'm still playing it safe and will wear my air cast when I leave the house, but put the running shoe on for home use.

A quick question, and i mean no disrespect by this, its a situation that i run into sometimes...When you do your routine without porn do you find it difficult to become aroused? also when your with your girl do you ever have an issue getting aroused after watching porn?...The reason i ask is this: i find that when i watch porn, since its a fantasy of sorts, that its easy to get aroused, then if i see my girl sometimes its a bit difficult to get aroused after watching porn...then i wont watch porn for a couple days, see my girl and Bamm and EQ of 10. So im wondering if you ever see a correlation between the two like i do?
