Hi BigAl. I benn traning this 2 weak and i do now 14 squezzes and i have a question becouse i trained jelq before and did 5x30s squezzes and now the 14 squezzez are to easy for me i wanted to jump too mayby 30 squezzes. What do you think would be the best option?

And is it okay if i use the reverse grip becouse i pull then much stronger

You can make your squeezes more intense by increasing the degree of your erection and/or using more force to squeeze. The two go hand in hand because, as your penis becomes more erect, you'll need to squeeze harder to force expansion. Adding time to your squeezes per rep is an interesting variation.

You can use a reverse grip as long as you're able to properly execute the exercise.

I have been doing this routine for about 4 weeks, and its working great. My EQ has been a little up and down lately.

At the moment I am doing 26 squeezes and should have been doing 400-500 S2SS.
So I was wondering if I could keep adding the squeezes but only do like 200 S2SS? Or will it be beneficial also for girth growth to keep adding the stretch reps? Because my main goal is too have good EQ and gain girth more.

No I just follow the jelq free routine. Its taking it okay I think. The squeezes makes it plump and veiny. And the stretches gives a great stretch the first 100-200 S2SS then the "effect" drops after that.

If I dont apply heat (rice-sock) right away after I am finished, it would get a little shorter but I wont say it turtles. When I apply heat right away it usually stays a little thicker and longer than it was before the routine.

Are you finding your penis feeling/looking exhausted after training? This isn't something you'd expect to see except perhaps to some degree in the last week of your training cycle.

I'd seriously recommend adding stamina work. At the minimum, you'll need to perform enough stamina related training to ensure that your ability to pump blood to your penis increases to the proportion of your growth.

I will give the stamina work a shot and focus more on kegels and might add a few edging sessions.

In that case it's likely not the enlargement exercises workload but the lack of growing EQ that could be hindering your progress.

For best results, your kegels should be performed erect and after your girth work. If your schedule demands splitting up your training then that's better than missng a workout- though doing so isn't optimal.

For someone new to advanced level training, start at 5 squeezes and attempt 100 reps of the Side to Side.

Im at the end of my first cycle and i think mayby i should try to stretch up the side2side. What do you think is that a good plan ? And i got 1 more training and i post my end results of my 1 cycle :biggrin1:

Here's some text from a post I made about "LOT" several years ago:

The LOT might have some merit, but remember that there are a lot of variables that could affect one's initial estimation of their LOT. Some people kegeled or stretched their penises long before knowing about PE.

Also, some people just have ligs with amazing stretching capabilities. Note in DLD's post that the expansion of the tunica also plays a part in length
gains.

Funny enough, my ligs were actually quite loose when I started PEing, and I added about 2 inches in length in the 3 months or so that I spent PEing.
They're fairly tight now. I don't do any active stretching anymore- just lots of kegels and stamina work.

The LOT theory sounds a lot like the effect of tendon insertions in bone affecting muscular strength- e.g.- if your biceps tendon attaches farther down the radius, you'll be able to generate more leverage and lift more.

My recommendation- stick with the plan as outlined, for now.

I just wanted to do the side2side motion forward up left right, just like normal but reverse.

Something must by going on witch it maybe i should try to do stretches like this motion at my 2 cycle and compare them witch my 1 cycle?

Lenght: 0.9cm
Girth: 0,5cm
