Again, this exercise was designed to simply increase sack hang. While I "believe" my testes are slightly larger, they might not be. I felt they were larger because my sack now hangs substantially lower then it ever did before I started jelqing it, and while I have more sack now, my testes don't look smaller - which is why I felt they increased in size a little bit. One thing I can say with complete certainly though is that if someone has a sack that is usually turtled tight, jelqing it will increase the hang substantially. Besides jelqing my sack, I also do a complementary exercise which I call the jerk jelq. I "think" that this exercise may have lengthened my spermatic cord which has allowed my balls to hang lower within my sack. I am no doctor or student of physiology, these are only my thoughts on the subject. Bottom line, my sack hangs lower and I love it's look - that's all that matters!!! I have always been very careful exercising my bad boys, and I have never overdone it, thus I have never injured myself even after literally 1000's of jelqs.
Oh, yes. Looser hang is a worthy route to travel and achievable, of course.
