Just wondering has anyone has had any success using any of those over-the-counter male enhancement pills? Or are they all junk? Do they help with ED problems?

They help increase blood flow to the penis, so harder erections, but that's it. Depending on the type of ED, there's a chance they could help but also a chance they wont help.

Doubtful that they would. Don't worry about morning wood though. Not everyone wakes up from the sleep cycles where a nocturnal erection occurs, let alone waking up from those sleep cycles every day, so it's nothing useful to use as a gauge unless it's a matter of someone having a physical case of ED.
Well I used to wake up every morning rock hard, then one day it stopped and has never returned. My libido and random erections went with it. Things just stopped exciting me and I believe the over indulging in porn and no girlfriend for a long time has caused this.
I have severe ED and have tried most all of the supplements mentioned on this and other forums. The only one that has provided any kind of a decent effect (perhaps 70pct) on a consistent bais is Maxidus. It is an on line product that uses tongkat alli as its primary ingredient plus six other herbal supplements. Small quantities cost about $4 a pill. Larger quantities and specials can bring the cost down to under $1.70 each.

My ED is caused by neuropathy as a result of 18 years of diabetes with a little bit of age mixed in. I got to the point where 100 mg of Viagra was no longer getting the job done. I am currently getting great results from Trimix injections. However, Trimix should not be used without waiting 48 hours from the previous injection so I use Maxidus on "off" days.
I believe he was referring to the OP who's looking for odd things to cure an issue with his body he knows nothing about.
Doctors are always the best option, but herbal supplements that improve blood flow are generally safe and worth trying. I got some mild success from the 5Gs and Kingpole's green tea formulas.
Except not all ED is the same or even caused by blood flow issues, so no real point in looking for magic cures when one doesn't know what's causing their ED.
Yes I've been to my regular doctor and a urologist. Had blood tests and nothing was found, was told that it must be mental. I've tried the 5G's, the hardness factor program, test boosters, and various other herbs, vitamins, and supplements. Some work for a short time, while others do nothing. After discovering this forum and yourbrainonporn.com, I began to believe that the porn was what was affecting me. My theory is that the continued porn use along with my prolonged time without a relationship has killed my libido and erections. I could be wrong though.

Tongkat Ali does not increase the size of the penis. Not in 3 months, 3 years, or 3 decades. Not possible.
I have had success with pills before as long as they are the right pills and you are doing your exercises.. It defiantly wont hurt ..
