Strecht/jelq or Jelq/strecht ?? any difference?

Shouldn't make a difference. Mixing it up is probably good.

No difference. Both work well. If my EQ is up there I'd start with jelqing. If my EQ is low, I'd start with stretching. Just go with it, either way.

I thought jelqing before stretching would "warm it up" ... No? It's a chicken and egg argument.

It doesn't matter in which order you exercise as long as you exercise correctly.

Now for those who can't get good EQ for jelqing after stretching, it makes sense to jelq first then stretch.

Oh alright, I see. I got that info from the jp90 where it says "No need to re-warm, as your Ligs will be nice and loose now" right after stretching and before jelqing..

Maybe I misunderstood..
