Now for those who can't get good EQ for jelqing after stretching, it makes sense to jelq first then stretch.

I got that info from the jp90 where it says "No need to re-warm, as your Ligs will be nice and loose now" right after stretching and before jelqing.. Maybe I misunderstood..
