Some Pumping Basics

the second cylinder is much larger, it fits the whole unit inside of it, giggle stick and berries. It pulls the entire package and you can completely feel the ligs getting pulled. I assume it is working cause only a month ago this was very uncomfortable but now it is no problem, even with increased hg. I can also see that it pulls out much farther into the cylinder. This is what is claimed by the manufacturer to be where you will achieve the gains in length.

Now you said you had the pressure in this cylinder up to 7 in.Hg? Whoa - you are gonna hurt something at that level. A good pressure for pumping 'berries' is no more than 4 to 5 in.Hg. They need to be pumped at very low pressure for a sustained period of time.

I figured that out after the first few sessions, I am currently keeping my pumps at 5 hg and it is easier for sure, I completely agree that 7 is way to high

Update on my pumping pressures, I have noticed now that I am on my 7th week of pumping the manufacturer recommends that I should now be pumping for 2 fifteen minute sets with the first and second cylinders each. I followed the instructions and pumped at 5 hg of pressure but I have actually had a raw feeling on my unit and it is slightly more red in collor. I am wondering what you other pumpers would recommend. Would you think I should drop the pressure and continue with the fifteen minute sets and lower the pressure even more and continue both cylinders, in total this ends up being 4 fifteen minute sets. The other option is to use the smaller cylinder on one day then the second larger cylinder the next. Also if I go to one cylinder a day should I do three sets at about 4 or 5 hg. Basically i have a good hour to and hour and a hallf each morning at my disposal and I would like to know how any of you would utilize that time if you were using a two cylinder routine, thanks in advance as you all have helped me already so much.

If you check my log, I've been doing 2 sessions a day. Just recently I've gone to the LongJohnny pump at night and the VacuTech during the day. Both at low pressure - the LJ for upwards of 3 hours and the Vacutech at a small period of about 10-15 min. It's working out very well so far.

I read your log, WOW. I just dont have that kinda time but it is quite impressive. Is it a 45 minute set\ or is it 45 minutes broken down into sets? I know that it is a labor of love so to speak but I am working with about one to one and a half hours a day before I have to get my but out the door and I am in construction so i cant really utilized any of the extender type stuff(bummer) that I see some are using. maybe I will try using the first cylinder say M/W/F and the ball cylinder T/TH/S. I am also jelqiung between sets but i think I will try before hand after warm up and stretches, the problem i have been running into is that with both cylinders for 2 sets of 15 each i am becoming pressed to get my workout in and I am beginning to wonder about the switch up of my routine to focus on quality of pumping over quantity of pumping. I know im only pumping 4 sets now but if ya factor in the breaks and massage between sets then getting hard again I just cant help but wonder if i go to three of one one day than the other the next i might get six great sets in two days as opposed to eight rushed sets in 2 days, hope that makes sense and thanks for your speedy reply, you always seem to give me great direction promptly, much props, pimp out

While the BathMate is a very popular device and is a great tool to have, the purpose of this article is dry pumping. Selecting your pump system is very important and there are three primary areas When I manage to keep my PIs just right, my flaccid hang is full, and soft, with no contraction.

I think what yiu are proposing is decent. Give it a spin and see how it works for you. Quality over quantity is what you should always aim for. If you are not really feeling it that day or your cock isn't responding as it should, cut out the pumping and jelq for that session.

My sets are continuous during my sessions: there are no breaks really - once I start pumping, I run it til I'm done. Twice a day is ok - wish I could do more.

BigO, how's it going with the pumping? I've just read this entire thread...anything new to add? Does the ball pumping help your buddies hang lower? Or is this just a means to achieve overall length gains? I'm researching pumps now and about to make a purchase. Do the pumps make much noise when using them? I live on a military base in the middle east and although I have a private room, I share the "hut" with six other guys and you can hear everything that's going on. I also have to shower in a public restroom, so was concerned about bruising, etc. Sorry if these questions have been answered elsewhere. I appreciate your time.

Wow, this thread shows me just how much I have learned by being a member of these forums. Good to look back once in a while.
Hello Cabela, I think in the sense that it will eventually stretch your skin over extended use the answer is yes but it is used to primarily stretch the ligs and give length gains. Pumps are pretty quite but being a prior enlisted myself i will say that I would not wanna be the guy caught with a pump in the barracks or the "hut". You knoe you would never ever heare the end of it. health and comfort inspections come to mind, room inspections also come to mind. Be carefull.

Well I'm a civilian contractor and not really worried so much about room inspections. And if my hut buddies found out they would certainly have a laugh but we're all pretty close and good friends. Honestly at my age I've become confident enough with who I am that I don't worry so much about what others think of my activities. Hell they would probably want to know more about it and if it really works! Thanks though for the feedback and sharing this info.

Hi Guys...im new here but not new to PE. I just got a Handsome up pump and was wondering...they say pump for 10 minutes a day. Does this mean i must keep my penis pumped for 10 minutes or must i pump and then release and then pump again and relaease, and do this for 10 minutes...and then i probably pump about 20 to 25 times in the 10 minutes?
