Some variations that may be useful while pumping include:

1. Performing a few sets of kegels while in the tube. You get good visual feedback because the gauge will spike up and back down each time you kegel.
2. Milking the tube. Gently, without breaking the suction, pull the tube away from your body, then release. This helps stretch ligs. Like kegels, you can do short rapid reps or longer holding ones.
3. Periodically vary the pressure. For example if you decide to pump at 4hg, you can do that for the majority of the session but periodically raise the pressure to 5hg for say 30 seconds, then drop down to 1hg, and then back up to 4Hg.

These are not advanced, and can be done by newer pumpers, but you must first get comfortable using the device as described in the first post and pumping 101.

This obviously goes for all PE, but when you are finished all your sets, get yourself to a full erection and maintain it for a bit. If you can't, you have pumped too long or at too high a pressure.

These are all great techniques and I practice each one. I will add them into the next pumping article/post.

Fantastic post! Thank you!

I have a question though. I have a bathmate and a dry pump that is a home made deal with a gauge (please dont yell at me to much lol), but if recomended vacuum for pumping is in the 4-5hg does anyone know what the bathmate creates for vacuum? I know one is wet and one is dry, just trying to get some sore of comparison here.

Thanks again!

I do all of these too. #3 is known as "pulse pumping" and can be done best with an electric pump.

What is the absolute max amount of time somone should pump in a day? I'm at the point now where I can pump 1-2 hours a day and I get no damage or negative Pi's like I did when first starting. So is more, more with pumping or is less more? I'm going to take the rest of this week off then go again Monday 20 mins x3 and see how the results are. I cut back some on the ejaculation, and with pressure 5 for 20 x 3 I am able to achieve the monster flaccid again every time, so I take it thats a good sign with pumping?

Thanks

max amount depends in several factors (experience, PI's, etc).... but try to keep it to 20 min

So um.... i do 45-60 mins of pumping and im on my 4th week now, my PI's are fine (except for my foreskin swelling for about 6 hours afterwards). Does that still mean im doing too much??

Be careful - you run the risk of overdoing it and your EQ can do down the drain. Are you doing all of your time in one sittin or breaking it up over multiple sets? How many times a week are you pumping? What pressure levels are you maintaining?

Actually my EQ is fine :)
And im doing it like: 2 sessions in the morning, and 2 at night. Unless its a day when i dont have anything on, then its all in one sitting. Im just starting to do it only 4-5 times a week now with a pressure level at 5-6 HG.

Keep up the great info!
:)

Hmm, I would first look into Bathmate, but I really would consider a Vacutech with the plastic pump, not the brass one. I have heard that its possible, but I've never used my Vacutech in the water.

I have the bathmate, been using it for a year. now i am at the point where i want to water pump with more pressure. my goal is to eventually pack a 2" cylinder. reason im considering the pump in the url above is because it comes with a water trap so that none actually gets to the pump. theres also the option of buying a plastic version instead of brass. figure i could reap the all the benefits of bathmate with the addition of more pressure by making my own wet pump. I intend to buy a vacutech 2" cylinder, but pair it with the pump in the URL in my last post

That sounds like the best idea EVER, wow, a water trap eh? Yeah and you could EASILY put the Vacutech attachments on the tubing! I might have to do the same!! Rep points for the great idea.
