Hey Saiyan,

While using cituline malate, in addition to improved EQ, do you find it helps give a good pump at the gym? Ive been thinking of getting it for both PE and as a fitness supp. How has it worked for you?

Hey wolfmesser. I am actually stacking citrulline malate with AAKG. I have noticed rediculous EQ and good pumps at the gym. I've also noticed that my cardiovascular fitness and endurance have improved since taking these two suppliments.

Hey schlittle. Would I recomend is you dip your flaccid penis in a tall glass of just talerable hot water for 5 minutes as a warm up, then do your manual stretches next to a portable heater to keep the tissues hot. Hot soft tissue will reach creep and plastic deformation a lot faster with less structual damage and imflamation.

To cool down I suggest doing the last 5 or 10 minutes of your stretching program in the pressense of cold air like a portable fan. This will allow the tissues to cool off while still being stretched in an extended state.

Deformation and elongation of soft tissue is more likely to remodel in it's new stetched length when cooled off while the stretch is maintained.

Hey outlawtas. Thanks for the support bro. Yeah I match Kara's hair spray bottle length wise but the goal is to match it girth wise as well.

Hey snakehead. I'm flattered you think I'm juicing. That means I'm doing something right. LOL.

Actually I am 100% natural. No artificial testosterone or steroids have been in my system at all.

The suppliments I do take are creatine, citrulline malate, AAKG, branch chain amino acids, and tribulas which is a natural testosterone booster.

I've been training since I was in highschool and I have to watch my diet to maintain my physique.

I've been doing a carb cycle diet for some time now which consist of 5 low carb days and 2 nonconsecutive high carb days.

Been hitting the weights hard 4 times a week and hitting up some high intensity sprint training 3 -4 times a week to stay cut.

Hey Danner. My bodyfat is at 10% right now.

My nbpel is 9.3 inches and my bpel 9.7 inches so that means my fat pad is .4 thick. Almost half an inch. Not bad hu. LOL.

Damn Saiyan nice pics bro. Do you cycle the creatine? Are you planning on staying on it for the summer? I think I'm going to reload it one last time on Monday and run a 6 week cycle, but then lay off it so as to get as shredded as possible for the summer.

Hey PEskeptic. I am planning on staying on the creatine during the summer unless I have a water holding problem. The creatine is helping me maintain my strength during my 5 low carb days a week.

I'm still keeping the weights as heavy as possible even though I'm dieting to get ripped. The heavy weights is the reason why I still have a lot of muscle mass even though I'm cutting up.

Had a good workout today and a good HIT cardio workout today. After my weight training workout I did ten 100 meter sprints outside on a deserted soccer field for cardio.

Hey, brother!! Do you do any edging sessions? I forget whether I read so or not. I reached my maximum base girth during a couple of these sessions: 8" at the base.

Second question: You're still hanging, right? Do you think the hanging is reducing your gains in girth?

Hey going411by7. Yes I do 3 edging sessions a day. I do a 5 to 10 minute edging session after my morning PE workout, lunchtime PE workout and evening PE workout. The edging is to restore proper blood circulation and EQ after each PE session. I have never gained anything by edging alone except good EQ. Edging is basically just jacking off and stopping right before you reach the point of no return repeated times.

This alone will not bring about gains in size because your erection is not being pushed past it's normal thresh hold. You're basically just jacking off. Now if we are talking about clamped edging then gains can be made because the clamp is pushing your erection past it's normal blood holding capacity, stretching the tunica as you edge.

For the question about hanging reducing gains in girth I think that myth is total crap. The thing is we are talking about stretching living tissue. If you stetch a rubber band out, it will get thinner as it's stretched length wise as with any item. However when you stretch living tissue things work differently. When living tissue is stretched and plastically deformed the cell structure remodels and over time the tissue's raw mass will increase. In our cases we are talking about an increase in raw tunica mass and elasticity.

So in all actuality, hanging should actually help with girth gains as well as length gains. This is why many guys that hang gain a sh*t ton of base girth. Some guys say the base girth gains is from pulling out inner penis by stretching the ligs but this is only for hanging in the downwards angle or the BTC angle.

However for the guys that do upward hanging angles to target the tunica.
They still gain base girth and this is because the tunica and connective tissues rooted into the base of the penis is the area that receaves the most stress during tunica hanging because this is the anchor point where the penis attaches to the groin area.

Since this area gets hit the hardess when tunica hanging it also increases in thickness over time to better handle the stress as the weights cause more accumilated fatigue each day.

So in my opinion hanging doesn't hinder girth gains and clamping doesn't hinder length gains. Both excersizes help to increase the penis's raw tissue mass. More raw tissue mass means more length and girth upon erection period.

Bingo! I think this is true for all length/girth exercizes:

More raw tissue mass = more length AND girth

So many people believe that girth only routines will limit or diminish length gains and vice versa, from personal experiences I know that is not true.

Thanks, bro. That's only while I am lying down and after a long edging session--I also get these when awaking first thing in the morning, coming off a solid woody, so they're extremely hard to document. I'd ask the Mrs. to take a pic, but she would chase me outa the house. :D
