man those are some awsome gains, hey saiyan22 i just recently started also reading about plastic deformation, so ive been holding my stretches for a longer period of time , i went from 30 sec to 1 minute , and i was just wondering ifits possible to gain erect length thru flaccid stretching ? what do you think?

also i never found out how to properly plasticly deform for girth, now you say its best to do girth exercises at 60 % erection,
well right now im doing uli's and im not sure if it would benefite to be lower in erection, becaus uli's are all about how much blood you can keep in and expand the corpa , and stuff , but if you have any better ideas about how to do uli's i would really appreciate it , becaus i havent really been gaining much with the 100% erect uli's im doing , also do you think that the length of time you hold a girth exercises has any impac on gains? becaus i know that for lengthing your supposed to up the time more so then the intensity!

Hey xtreme. The device mainly used for clamping is called a cable clamp or a cable cuff. You can buy one from home deput for 2 dollars. Make sure to get the medium size one.

Hey jekyllnhyde360. gains though flaccid stretching is definately possible. In fact it's so possible it's not even funny. manual stretching basically stretches the tunica and the ligs depending on which angle stretch you do. Any kind of stretch on the flaccid penis is going to benifit in increasing elasticity and tunica mass. All forms of PE is about stretching.

Wether we are talking about hanging, manual stretches, jelqing, clamping or pumping, it's all a form of stretching the tunica or ligs.

Even clamping is a form of stretching the tunica by increasing the internal blood pressure in the penis to expand and stretch the tunica outwards in all directions. The concept of PE is about stretching and time under tension PERIOD.

Hanging is just a prolong stretch of the soft tissues of the penis by the use of weights hanging off of a mechanical device attached to your penis. It's all stretching.

So to sum it up manual flaccid stretching is great for increase your flaccid and erect length.

Now with the statement about girth excersizes being done best at a 60% erection level, I was wrong about that. Like you guys I am constantly learning new things and experimenting to see what works.

I do full erect clamping and I'm making excellent gains this time around because I finally learned how to wrap properly and adjust the clamp to recieve maximum expansion in the tunica.

I am all for flaccid excersizes and fully erect excersizes except full erect jelqing. When you jelq past a 75% erection, the tunica at this point is hard and rigid and to me trying to squeeze and work blood up the shaft against a stiff and rigid tunica is dangerous.

So with the ulies you are doing it's best to keep your dick at 100% erection while your hand clamped at the base traps the blood and increases the internal pressure which stretches and expands your tunica.

I see u have been doing well. Can u give me some tips that i could use to get gains like u. My main goal is 8 inches currently 6 7/8. First i warm up before my exercise and after. I stetch for about 7 min 30 sec before i start jelqing. I jelq for 25 min while doing 500 jelqs. You advise would be greatly appreciated and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Hey r2rumble. When clamping what I do is get a semi erection, about 40% erect then I apply my thick wrapping and top it off with my silcone sleeve. After words I apply the cable clamp which is extremely tight from just 1 click with the thick wrapping.

Then I jerk my penis off until blood builds up behind the clamp then I open the clamp and push it deep into my fat pad while kegelling then close the clamp quickly. I keep doing this process until I am 100% erect which at this point the super tight cable clamp has me at a 120% erection so to say.

So basically I have the cable clamp on so tight right from the beginning that I have to open the clamp for the built up blood behind the clamp to come threw then I close the clamp again and keep doing this until I'm fully erect. This beginning procedure takes about 1 minute for me to achieve before my actual set starts.

During my set when I'm at full rock hard clamped erection I then just push the closed cable clamp down into my fat pad while kegeling more blood. Then I stop kegeling and let the cable clamp pull away from my fat pad by 1 or 2 cenimeters which traps the blood that I just kegeled, creating an insane amount of internal pressure.

I'll do this little trick at least 6 times during my clamping set.

As you guys all ready know. I'm against tightning the cable clamp to where theres less then 5 teeth showing because at that point the clamp is now taking on an oval shape. Most guys penis's are more circular in shape then oval shape so what happens is the cable clamp is know crushing and bottle necking the sides of the erect shaft at the base which can cause damage and scarring of the tunica. My EQ would be royally fucked up when i used to clamp like this in the past.

By using thick wrapping, the cable clamp can be applied with extreme pressure wih out going past 2 - 3 clicks so the clamp can stay in it's circular shape and apply equalized pressure around the base of the shaft.

Hey Bishopx25. If you are not a newbie my advice to you would be to start hanging bro. In my humble opinion 7 minutes of 30 second stretches is not enough time under tension to cause significant CREEP deformation which with time turns into plastic deformation.

If you're trying hit 8 inches then I think hanging will get you there the fastest. With hanging you will be going from your old routine of 30 second stretches to a whooping 10 - 20 minutes worth of stretch force with each hanging set.

Plastic deformation and structural remodeling takes a sh*t ton of time under tension bro and in my opinon manual stretches just do not provide enough time under tension to achieve this unless you are doing hours worth of manual stretches.

To me it's simply easier to just hang so you won't be tiring your hands out with 1 to 2 hours worth of manual stretches.

You can still do your manual stretching routine but if you are condition I think you should add hanging to it.

Wearing an ADS after you hanging and manual stretching wouldn't hurt either. LOL.

First of great gains and congratulations on that low bf% with a ton of muscles only naturally and yeah tons of chicks :D ... I'm trying too to get myself in that shape, I'm now have about 10% bf and 181 lbs ... so you are waaayyy ahead of me, you know how it is hard to get muscles naturally :-/ .

SO, I just want to ask you few questions about PE. What do you think can I do PE workout in the morning, then after 1 hour go to the gym (After I just don't have time)? Can that affect on gains?

What do you think about fluid buildup, is it bad? I get it every time after PE workout

Hey saiyan,

i have read a couple of your posts here and noticed you don't recommend erect jelqing, thing is, i'm new to PE so everytime i slap on the lube, i get hornier than a dog humping a pikachu doll,i have been advised to let my erection subside but i just dont have the time to wait after every 3 or 4 so strokes in a 100 jelq - 60 v jelq routine.

what would you recommend me doing in this case? lower the quantity of my jelqs until my penis learns how to stay semi erect (saving time), or masturbate before the session? I know that jelqing while erect focuses abit more on girth, so i have been doing manual stretches more and more to try and balance it out since i don't really get erect doing stretches. Should i stick to what i'm doing? erect O.K. jelqs and V jelqs with flaccid 30 second stretches in all directions or try and change things?

Any advice you give me would be much appreciated, thanks!

As far as anwering your question about what to do PE wise with only 1 hour to spare, first tell me what your current PE routine is and what penis size goals you are trying to reach. With that information I can offer you better advise.

An hour of PE can be effective if you spend that hour with high intensity to make up for the lack in time. Also since you only have an hour to spare a day I reccomend you wear some type of ADS to give your penis some more time under tension while you go about your daily activities. Let me get your current PE routine and I'll tweak it from there.

Hey FlyingDutchman. Since your problem is that you get to erect while jelqing, make sure you are not looking at porn while jelqing. Just look at porn to get your dick semi erect then no more porn or sexual thoughts from there. Once your semi erecton starts to turn to flaccid while jelqing, then look at porn or think sexual thoughts to get back to a semi erection.

If you are not looking at any porn or thinking of sexual thoughts and still getting to erect then you got some high libido my friend. Lol. You may need to rub one out to keep that beast at bay during your jelqing workouts. LOL.

Thanks bro! Just to say (maybe is unnecessarily info) I'm 21 years old.

My penis size is 6,9 inches non bonepressed and 7,2 inches bonepressed; 4.7 inch midshaft girth and 4,8 inch base girth.
So as you can see I am desperate for some help, especially for girth. My PE routine starts at 8am (after first meal, c vitamin, 2x omega3 and little of green tea), I turn on the heater in front of me and start...

-For warm up 10min. of Bathmate( warm water of course)
-Then, for 30-45min. I am doing Horse Squeeze, Uli and Compressed V jelqs (whole time erect).
-Through PE exercise and after I feel an expansion and every time I get fluid buildup...I don't know is it bad or not...
-I'm doing PE one day on and one day off. What I read is that you need to take a day rest if you are doing girth exercise, so in day off I'm doing 1 hour of stretching, most Bundled Stretches.

My PE experience is 2 years with a small gains (0,5 inches in length and 0,2 inches in girth) , but I will not stop till I reach 8" (NBPL) x 6" (MG). If it takes 5 years, no problem I'm young. :)

Please tell me what would you do, If you were in my place.

I am trying to take note and follow your routine , Honestly i would be lucky if i am putting half the time in , How bad is it if i don't hang 7 days a week and more like 4-5 times per week ?? Will this hurt gains big time ??

I feel over trained if i don't take a day off here and there , or sometimes i only get in about 2- 20 min sets.

For the most part its more like 3-4 20 min sets 4-5 days out of the week, I have just added 2 sets of clamping 3 times per week.

Hey thanks for the compliments Squid and Boost. I don't know about the use for the ace bandage by itself. If rapped tight the bandage can keep your dick enlongated and prevent it from turtling. Hey Squid as far as treating your PE workout like a weightlifting workout, don't agree with that approach. The thing is your penis is not a skelital muscle. It can't contract or tense up. The penis does have smooth muscle in it but that cannot strengthen or increase in size just because of a PE workout disigned to supposently stimulate gains. Your dick increases in size because of PLASTIC DEFORMATION OF THE TISSUE. That's it. If your penis is getting longer because of the lig work it is because your are plastically deforming the ligs at a microscopic level and the cells rearrange to adapt accordenly as more plastic deformation occurs to them. If you are increasing your penis size through means that have nothing to do with the ligs then it's because you are plastically deforming the tunica to stretch and allow the spongy tissue inside to hold more blood those resulting in a bigger penis. It's all about the tunica guys. The spongy tissue that the tunica surrounds has the capacity to hold and obsorb a lot of blood like a real sponge. What puts a halt to the spongy tissue's blood holding capacity is the thick and tuff tunica. What sets the limit to a man's penis size is the sheer amount of tissue mass and elasticity his tunica has. If a man has a large amount of tunica mass and very good tunica elasticity inside his flaccid penis, he will have a large penis when erect.

To achieve plastic deformation, controlled and safe amounts of stress under constant heat needs to be applied as much as possible for the deformation to accumulate into gains. The only reason for rest days should be to keep your erection quality at 100%. If you can PE everyday and keep your erection quality at 95 -100% then that in my opinion will be the fastest you could gain in the quickest amount of time. If your dick tends to have poor erection quality after so many days of PE then rest is needed for the health of the penis. I take Saturday and Sunday off to make sure erection quality is in tip top shape when I'm out partying with friends, but when ever I feel like it I do a couple of minutes of manual bundled stretches through out the day but it's optional for me on those days.

Hey Saiyan thank you for sharing this information. I found this post and the few that followed (with sited sources) was very informative. I couldn't quite grasp the process of how this could work, and had read skepticism from urologists. I kept reading about Noob damages in the beginner's forum and I became very concerned that PE was damaging and most likely a sham.

I now realize how important heat is.

I do have a quick question and this may be too personal so if it's out of line feel free to ignore it. I noticed that in your pics most of your erect shots look as if the penis sticks straight out. My penis, while erect, stands straight up. Is this just a difference in physiology? Has you erections always stood straight out, or was there a time when your erections stood more at a 90 degree angle? Do you feel you have lost some of your erection quality due to PE?

Also no way I can do your routine, it's incredibly disciplined but I just don't have that kind of privacy. Can one see gains from doing simple PE exercises such as wet jelqs and stretches? Basically what the 90 day routine suggests. Or do you have to condition through the 90 day routine and eventual add weights and pulley systems for effective gains to be seen?

Hey marko_.. Sorry for the late response bro.

With your schedule it looks fine. Rest days don't mean crap when it comes to girth excercises or any PE excercise. Rest days should only be taken if your EQ starts to decline in my opinion. If your EQ stays good then keep going.

Since your time is limited I recommend you wear an ADS after your PE session to get some more time under tension and allow your penis to start the healing process in an extended non turtled state.

When you time frees up you should start hanging bro. Hanging will get you to your goal of npel 8 inches faster in my opinion.
Hey snakehead. If you put in half the time that I put it I can't say wether you'll make gains or not. It all just depends on your penis and how it responds to your routine. If you feel overtrained then not do my exzact routine and also make sure you go by your EQ to determine if you're overtraining or not. If your EQ is still rock solid then keep on pushing bro.

Hey jeklyllhyde360. My hanging angle is tunica upwards angle hanging. I don't really do a lot of downwards angles or btc angles because according to the LOT therory, .for me, I was born with a low LOT of 6 oclock so that means my ligs were already lengthy and maxed out right from the get go which may explain my starting size of 8 inches. So with no supposet potential for lig gains, when I started hanging I went right to tunica type hanging and have gained quite nicely.

The best way to target the tunica is to lay flat on your back and use a pulley system. Have your hanging weight hung through the pulley system with the other end of the rope attached to your hanger. This will stretch your penis straight up towards your belly button.
Hey CharlesBukowski. With me my erection angle has always stuck straight out even before PE. I was born with a low LOT and stretched out ligs which may explained my starting size of npbel 8 inches.

As far as your question about a basic routine like jelqs and stretches. It can work but if you are not a newbie then your penis may need more time under tension to ahcieve plastic deformation. If all you have time for is basic jelqs and manual stretches then you should at least wear an ADS for a good 2 to 6 hours to add some more time under tension for your penis during the day.

Hey Gravik and PEskeptic. I am 5 ft 11. Just a hair away from being 6 ft. The only measurments I know is that my arms are 18 inches.
For the benchpress my max is 415pounds. For dead lift my max is 525 pounds. For squat I don't really go to heavy since I don't wont' my thighs to get bigger. Huge thighs make your dick look smaller then it really is so I don't go any higher then 275 to 315 pounds.

Well Monday that just past was my hanging marothon workout like every Mondays since I have Mondays off. I did 6 sets of bundled tunica fulcrum hanging with 15 pound down to 7.5 pounds on the 6th set from fatigue. The last 6 sets were just regular tunica fulcrum hanging sets with 12 pounds down to 7.5 pounds on the last set from fatigue. My flaccid stretch is looking longer then before with these intense hanging workouts.

This Monday coming up I'm scheduled to measure for progress so I'm hoping that my longer flaccid stretch is an indicator of erect length gains to come when I measure this Monday. Still determined to hit that lovely double digit number of npbel 10 inches this year. My bpel is getting pretty close to 10 inches but I'm more interested in my nbpel reaching 10 inches.

Yesterday during my clamping workout I took some new pics. I just noticed when clamped I can no longer close my own index finger to thumb around my shaft.

As exciting as this is, I will really be happy once I reach the point to were I can't close my own middle finger and thumb around my dick. If I can achieve a middle finger to thumb gap then that will be great.

My clamped midshaft girth is now expanding to 6.4 inches after 10 minutes in the clamp. My girth towards the wrapping near the base is expanding between 6.5 to 6.6 inches after 10 minutes in the clamp.

I'm guessing once my clamped girth reaches 6.75 inches rock hard, I will no longer be able to get my own middle finger and thumb to close around my shaft. I know this because I measured one of my friend's, Kara's hair spray bottles at 6.7 inches and I had a very tiny gap between my middle finger and thumb when tightly gripping the bottle.

My normal unclamped midgirth is 5.8 inches but after my clamping workout is complete my post unclamped midgirth even at a semi erection stays expanded to 6 inches on the dot for a good 6 to 8 hours. My dick also stays red for an hour do to my intense clamping sessions.

After all of my hanging work is done for the day, my girth workout in the evenings has been 3 to 4 fifteen minute sets of clamping while staying rock hard the whole time. Got some nice porn at my disposal during my clamping workouts. LOL.

At full erection and after kegelling in blood while simultanously pushing the clamp into my fat pad, I then stop kegelling and let the clamp ride up my shaft by 1 cenimeter and the clamp locks in place with insane pressure build up from the blood that was just kegeled in.

My dick is so hard during my clamping workouts that it actually starts to hurt a little with some slight internal discomfort as I kegel more blood into my clamped dick causing an insane amount of pressure build up, stretching and expanding the tuncia walls with only 1 to 2 clicks of the cable clamp.

What I'm about to say is only for advanced guys. And even for advance PEers do this at your own risk. I believe that a slight bit of discomfort is neccassary to really get that tunica to stretch and expand past it's normal threshold during a normal erection. Slight discomfortness and a slight dull pain through out the shaft during the clamping session is good but anything past a slight discomfortness is bad and one should release the pressure of the clamp a little bit.

I haven't been pumping as much lately but I plan on atleast doing 1 set every other day on the week days, starting next week.

Yesterday I had my friend Kara over and while she was giving me head, I told her to try and grip my midshaft girth with a firm grip and Kara was unable to close her index finger and thumb around my shaft but she was still able to close her middle finger and thumb around it.

I'm getting pretty fucking excited because I think once my normal unclamped midgirth reaches 6.25 to 6.3 inches then not many chicks will be able to grip around my dick with any fingers unless they got giant basket ball hands. LOL.

last set fo pics. Showing semi erect midgirth at 6 inches after all 4 fifteen minute sets of clamping are done. Also top view of edging session after clamping workout is done. Dick is pretty tired at this point and is pretty red from the intense clamping workout but I usually recover nicely with in 1 to 2 hours so when I have one of my lady friends come over, my ready to go.

Thank goodness for citrulline malate stacked with AAKG and KEGELS. LOL.
