Man, two days ago I did some stretches, did some jelqs and v jelqs, and finished off by blowing my load. I held my kegel muscles when ejaculating. I don't know if maybe I didn't warm up long enough or that I was jelqing at 70%-80% (sometimes close to 100%, in hindsight this was stupid of me), but the next day I could not get an erection. At first i thought it was nothing, then it hit me that I could have damaged my penis. It grew somewhat but was still flaccid.

Later on that day I could not get aroused, my penis would just barely grow but stay flaccid. The fear that I had hard flaccid was unbearable. I would not wish it on my worst enemy. I took two 500mg capsules of L-Arginine then went to bed. I was only able to fall asleep around 2:30am because I was that worried.

This morning I woke up thinking that if I eat healthy, stop drinking, and start taking vitamins and minerals I will slowly get it back. Lo and behold while I was thinking of two girls who I work with, I got an erection! :) I felt like a new man!

While in the bath tub I was able to get an erection quality of 100% and by the looks of it I have not lost any length! :)

I am going to take a week break from PE or any touching to my penis, just to make sure. I'll also start a lighter routine, a 2 days on and 1 day off routine. I will also start having a timer set for 15 minutes so I will know when I have spent enough time warming up before PEing.

Unfortunately, this in itself can contribute to a lack of erections. These forums are a blessing to those wanting to learn more about PE and other related matters, but too easily do we adopt nebulous "syndromes" like "hard flaccids", "venous leaks", and the like; and when some of us contract a "symptom" it's easy to allow fear to take over.

It may seem counter intuitive but it's very important that you keep your head when you experience a setback- even one that causes injury or temporary ED. You must approach any post-injury treatments as objectively as possible. This also means consciously avoiding the desire to frequently check (looking, stretching, measuring, etc.) your penis to see if any progress has been made since the last check.

If you suspect that you've seriously hurt yourself then you need to get medical attention. If you don't suspect injury then your initial response should be towards passive recuperation techniques- hot wraps/soaks, light massage, and (if you can handle it) LIGHT, PRESSURE-FREE stamina work. Some light pumping/bathmate work can help too, but don't force your penis into getting hard if it's showing a lot of resistance.

In addition to the above, attempt to visualize yourself performing without fear and stress. This technique is best used during your recuperation training. You should avoid mentally dwelling on your penis if you're not training- the more you dwell on it and try to force recuperation, the more stressful you're going to make the recovery process on yourself.

so i've been doing this a while and i thought i knew whats up but i've been really stressing it and the other day i had a drop of blood come out my tip. I was scared, but i didnt feel injured so i kept PEing and its been all good. WTF?

Blood is bad...no matter how you look at it. Blood coming out of the penis tip = Bad P.I

warming up?... how crucial is it really??? is anybody seeing gains out there and skipping the warm up?

Ok so i found out that warming up is pretty crucial, if i dont ease into it and go gung ho then i get blood coming out, too intense maybe, just a warning for you new guys, i found out the hard way, do your warm ups before jumping into the exercises, i dont always us an external warmer, usually some gentle massage and some light stretching is enough to get everything prepared for a stretchin session and to prevent injury.

Cold balls/penis while flaccid. When erect I feel fine though, my testicles are also fairly sore to the point of uncomfortable at times. My flaccid penis is short shriveled kind of and turtles but the inside feels tough. However if I rub it fast between both hands as a fire started its a normal flaccid.. I have terrible sleep patterns and sleep with a room fairly cold. I'm doing jp90s and taking a break until its normal again and I'll restart with extremely light grip. it happened occasionally before beginning the routine but I don't ever get erect when I jelq and I sense it's a problem.

Maybe i should tell my story here. Many may think that i am newbie in PE, i am but at the same time not, but i've been in to this for a long time a go and that make things different..When i was fist time into this, advicses was "stroke hard as you can, long as you can, take all blood you can"... and pay for this..someones maybe remember ;)

I suffered pulmonary embolism in very young age (21). They ivestigated everything what would be wrong with my body. Lifestyles were well, genes are all right, and everything seems to be okay.

Ok. story goes on..

two years later i suffered another pulmonary embolism. Everything was discovered. Veins was allright. Genotype was allright. I havent been stand still for a long time of perioids,or done nothing that causes anything like that, except...... Doctors was baffled and didnt know what to do.

They are still confused. Lately i finally opened myself to my doctor and told him that i have been using cockring during sex, a long time perioids, including my balls and whole set (upper side of the penis and back of the balls).

They take a look at me for a long time, and finally come to the truth that if you stop the circulation of blood there can be blocks that causes embolism. There was no another explanation.

I am in the Warfanin medication now, because they didnt surely know what the hell was the cause of this all. There was only two evidence to both of embolisms, and everyone knows what it it..thanks for this outstandind forum, everyone can easilly avoid it. You all should, and will, be ok if you really follow the rules of experienced guys.

And here's the most reason: Young horny bull cut out his circulation of blood deep in hes veins and ligaments just to be bigger and harder. He didnt listen hes body, who told him everything wasnt allright with the pain.

....And that repeated twice. Maybe theres some one who ask how big were they...they called them "microembolisms" ..you can call them very small.

Doctors knows the story and still believe that hanging my whole set caused all. Urologistst are very interested about all this and will study everything about it, before they suggest it again to the erect problems...


But all of you guys..dont freak out, really dont. I am one of the billion. I am really sure that who read this, will EVER suffer the same.

A lesson learned this morning probably caused but not warming up properly.

I'm doing PE in secret right now so the wife does not know about it, I tend to do my PE normally later at night on an evening I have been to the gym I will then have a shower before bed while she is already in bed and I can do my PE properly. I didn't manage to get any done last night so as i'm up early this morning and first up I tried to do a short session before my shower, probably only did 10mins total and with no proper warm up, I thought it was low intensity and I didn't even do the full JP 90 session, as i say only about 10 mins before I jumped in the shower before work.

Just been to the toilet now and discovered I have quite a few tiny pin prick sized red blood spots around the end of my forskin on the outside and only 1 red spot on my actual bell end. Thankfully I am now at my 2 days off stage so this will have chance to heal but a lesson is learned about not taking proper care, even though I thought I was being light(er) about it. It just shows you our wee fells are sensitive, plus I wonder if straight out of bed waking up and into some jelqing is maybe also a bad idea if your not careful your body hasn't properly 'woken up'

I tend to avoid bruising because my penis is fortunate enough to have its own helmet.

Hi to all! Very usefull information, as so many other I found in this forum! Great place with profound information and discussions!
I started today with Wet-Jelq, I use milking grease (with vitamins) as lubricant as I already have very good experience with it, no irritations, keeps good performance even if only few is applied.
I just made the typical beginner mistake and put to much grip on my friend. Now I have some small hematoma at the end, they do not hurt and do not look serious, but lesson learnd: "Less is more!" ;) Now I will give it a time to recover and next try I be more patient.
So I give it to all as warning: don't squeeze too much ;)

I think I've been too safe with my member and that is probably the reason why the gains are slow (but they are there nonetheless). I think you should find the fine line. You can't go aggressive, but you do want to make gains after all and hopefully it won't take forever. Still, depends on the person

My glans feels cold when I'm flacid and doesn't go away until I'm errect, I've stooped doing PE now and my Dr. said it was fine because I still have good erections. Naturally I'm still a little nervous, do you have any advice on how to heal it?

Can someone explain the "cold glands" injury a little more? My flaccid is cold at the head only, but I'm not sure if its from the AC blasting cold air everywhere or from an injury.
