I can attest to PE injury first hand. I was excercising and stretching way too hard. I always over-do it lol! Then I had crazy sex for 2 days and my penis hurt like hell for a good 2 days. I took a few days off from PE'ing (not sex though lol) and it healed fine. Take it easy on your unit....it's your friend

In any where you work as safety is most important. There are many types of safety as like physical , social , economy,. There are economical safety means you satisfied basis need and job security. If you give job security than work is hard at job place.

I've been doing the JP's 90 day beginner routine, and yesterday was my first really good session, where I felt I got the form down on everything. Except today I noticed that I have a few dark spots on my shaft, like bruising or blood clots or something. They aren't just pricks either, they're a good few millimetres in diameter. Should I be worried and take a break, or continue and see if it gets worse or not?

How about trying to lighten your grip. You only get a bruise when you squeeze too hard. As for a friction burn use a nice lube or some vasoline.

I have been using lubridrum. I tried vasoline but I donot like how thick it is. Is their something in between the two that anyone would reccomend?

There are lubes in stores or on line that you can get that are thin but will do the job. Try Adam and Eve online and see what they have.

Ok guys I have to post this. Sorry if it freaks anyone out but hopefully this will help someone avoid injury. I have been PE'ing for the past month or so. I'm just Jelqing though cause I cant do the V-jelqs. Anyways, I have had a drop or two of blood come out the tip of my penis twice now in the past month. I know its because i'm exercising too hard. There is zero pain involved. I'll be half way into my workout and I see it?? How do I know if i'm squeezing to hard?? It happened once after a stretching routine as well? If there was pain involved I would be concerned but i'm sure i just broke a blood vessel in my urethra. Anyone else ever have this happen. And please dont tell me I have an STD or nut cancer or something lol.

I wish i would have read this sooner...... iv'e been jelqing and stretching for 2in a half weeks now... and i would warm up and cool down... but i would use a tight ass grip and i would stretch hard right away.... untill 2 nights ago were i was bored and i just sat down comfortably and started stretching and i could actually feel the stretch this is the first time i had no gains and in one night i got 2 centimeters which dont get me wrong isn't alot but at least i found a start! i just started lightly applying jelq today so hopefully it all works out.. ohhh.. and i didn't watch porn when i did it because i couldn't and i think this actually helped psychologically being the fact that i had more concentration on what im doing and even a clearer visual on what im doing... i think it also makes the goal more clear for your mind to tell your body what to do... idk though.. lol PE is interesting..

clearly i should have looked at this earlier...... stretching slower and with your penis and lightly jelqing has actually gotten me started before i was just going over the max with pressure...... didn't realize theres a huge difference between muscle gains and penis gains..... or weight training and penis training whatever you wanna call it.... i support this thread

Most of the routines I see include some kind of warm up and warm down. These are shown as using a hot washcloth, and reheating frequently. As JonPop said, you want your penis to radiate heat. It is all right to do this with a rice pack, heated in the microwave. I've used these for injuries. You do need to be careful not to get them too hot, but they stay warm a long time, and I can warm up while doing other things.

Yes, put the heated rice into a sock...and you will have a rice-sock, which is one of the more popular warm-up methods

thanks for careing bout folks!!!

heres my question.

i just started 3 days ago. i did 2 days on 1 day off. 10 in warm up and 10 min jelq, 10 min warm down. and streching.

but i feel a little sore still today, and i feel like its a little smaller (specially my glad). and i didnt get a morning wood yesterday and today. i really am not getting much of a wood period. has me a little worried.

should i start again today and push thur it or lay off until i can get hard again?

You stretched then warmed down right? Noy warm down then stretch, because that's not correct.
Maybe you jelqed too hard or stretched too hard therefore you overworked yourself if you feel smaller and sore.

HI, i,m new to this so bear with me!!! lol... I have been jelqing for a year in may and i have found that my foreskin has got so tight that it really hurts when erect!!! I am so concerned that ii have thought about circumcision!!! which i really don,t want to go through since i am 47 this year!!! and it,s sore too !! help i,m really worried!!!!!

Hey guys it's me! No it's not Cusp; he just let me borrow his posting space. He's a really kind guy and damn good looking too. He let me borrow his space because I've been reading and hearing about a lot of injuries out on the forum. See thats what we threads do all the time. We read other threads and talk amongst ourselves so that we don't get lonely. Cusp tells me that he's been getting a bunch of pm's over injuries that could have been avoided. Hey guys some smart people created me to help you not get injured. That's my only reason for exisitence. Why don't you guys read me? Am I boring? Do you like to hurt yourselves? How about all you new guys give me a good look see and maybe some of you long standing members come back and and me a perusal or two just to refresh things in your mind. Remember I can't come and visit you; you have to come and see me. Maybe if you do and leave a comment or two just maybe Cuspie may give you some of those green thingys all you guys like just for being smart enough to read me. Remember guys without you all looking at me number one you'll end up getting hurt and number two I'll just fade out of exisitence and I really want to live! Please I want to live!

always warm up this is the most inortant step in PE. Warming up is the best ay to prevent injury


Hello,

I am new to penis exercising.

I have a problem with the warm-up. I used a rice sock and warmed up my penis for 10 minutes. However when I do this, the next day, I wont' get a morning erection, and if I try to get an erection it will be weaker than normal. It seems the heat is causing problems. What should I do.
