Reunited with his dear wife Holly.
Wow KP. Loud and clear and to the point.
Built up a lot of pent up energy in the couple of weeks you've been gone? :)

Yep, that sort of willfull abandenment leads to hard flaccids. I hate getting Pm's about hard flaccids. They take so long to cure.

Just got another PM about a guy who really messed things up with his penis. Please read this thread before you start PE.

Don't know if this little story might be helpful to someone ????

I'm a relative newbie with PE'ing, and 4-5 weeks into my workout, I
felt a very, very slight pain on my upper left side, more at the base.
A senior member suggested I had strained a ligament, and after reading
a lot, I think he was right. A light strain.

Anyway I cut way back, resting, warming up more, then only jelqing a little.
That little pain would not go away. Didn't really hurt a lot or anything, just
annoying.

I think it continued hurting, and this is slightly humorous, because at night now,
while sleeping, I get super hard erections, which isn't letting it rest. I would wake
up and say "down boy, go down", and feel the slight pain. Sometimes even ice it
right away.

Finally, I brought some "chinese patches", which are medicated herbal patches for
sore muscles/ligaments. Cut them narrowly, 1/4 of an inch (2 strips), put them on both sides of
my penis about half way up, extending into the base. Then anchored it with another
larger cut patch at the base (shave your hair first). This served and a "fake" ligament. I did this a few
nights and it seemed to help. Today no pain at all (I didn't wear it last night at all).
Also applied a solution from Dr. Schultz for sore muscles/ligaments (if you ever use
this stuff, keep it off your balls, it'll burn a hole in you........ I was hopping around my
apartment silently screaming when I brushed my testicle with this stuff).

Today everything seems OK........ its a downer not being able to PE, but I'm even
going to rest a week or two more just to be safe.

I think I injured myself on sunday doing the first day of the JP90. Glans has gone numb. :( Assuming I heal quickly, how soon should I restart the program? 1 week? 1 month?

No problem. Yes, I've seen veins like that before. It's no big deal. It might keep you from becoming a pron star if they were picky about symmetry, but in the real world you are just normal. I have never minded large veins on a guy; they look kind of cool, and I think of them as indicative of a healthy penis. So I wouldn't worry about it unless it seems painful or clogged or something. Then it would be time to go to a doctor. If it is just how it looks that worries you, quit worrying!

Just to clarify, from your experience of months/years of seeing people go through these routines, do you think there's been a case of someone that follows all the instructions and warnings and still gets hit with ED?

I've been reluctant to try this out, but I'm kind of imagining trying it out one day and the next day just waking up completely limp and never being able to get a hard on - without any warnings or anything.

If someone followed a basic routine and applied minimal pressure and did all the safety procedures, what would you say is the risk of injury?

If you are concerned about injuries from PE, take a look at this poll: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-enlargement-forum/27907-please-vote-have-you-ever-experienced-pe-injury.html

Most men have either no injuries or very minor ones from PE. If you read through the comments on the poll thread, you'll hear about people have experienced. For the most part, guys attribute their injuries (after the fact) to not being careful enough when starting out, and using too much pressure or trying advanced exercises too soon. If you are thoughtful and careful, you should be fine.

Safety question. I have been doing JP's 90 day routine for a few weeks now. One thing I noticed is that when doing the wet jelqs with my left hand, all is good. When doing them with my right hand it seems that my thumb knuckle is slidding on/putting pressure on a muscle or ligament on the left side of my cock. I am not gripping hard at all, but it is still uncomfortable. Also, it doesn't feel as I am moving/trapping the blood nearly as well with my right hand as I am with the left. However, I don't want to tighten my grip due to this discomfort. Any thoughts?

Thank you, I went through all the posts and I'm relieved after seeing the results.

I'll be giving it a try and see how it goes.
