Hey guys thanks for the advice on isolation. It seems that I need to do some work on it as when I kegel, My BC muscle and anus all move, but when I get my Kegel "pulses" it is only my BC that moves, which so far I've been unable to isolate.
As for my "pulses" I have done some digging on the internet, and I think they actually potentially could be normal. I believe these "pulses" are involuntary, but they are not like a full on involuntary kegel (my dick doesn't suddenly surge upward). I believe (if they actually are normal, I've been lost trying to fix them with reverse kegels or regular kegels, and been for the most part unsuccessful) these pulses could be the Bulbocavernosus (BC) Reflex. A definition of this reflex can be found on
wikipedia and
here
The wiki article indicates that if you don't have this reflex you could have spinal shock or trauma.
What I want to know is what you guys think. Are my "pulses" normal? Has anyone else ever had them? Should I keep holding a reverse kegel trying to stop them or just let them pulse away.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, with my PE at the moment I'm almost at loss at what to do.
Still at 30 sec haha
