Had the best sex ever yesterday. Lately I've always ejaculated really fast, usually around 1-2min, and then go for round 2 and last forever with that.

This time, I didn't ejaculate prematurely on first round. Things I've been doing for this:

- AOA program, (edging once every week or 2 weeks, not watching porn or anything arousal), altough I still feel horny and with high arousal levels on the streets, and naughty thoughts come from time to time.
- Meditative reverse kegels, did it always with back reverse kegels, but yesterday, I tried some with front reverse kegels, which I noticed I had really tense, so this might be really important (noticing if you're getiing your front or your back area tensed, thus working on that).
- Improved my confidence in myself overall, by not worrying about pre-e and spending times doing things I like and things to improve my life.
- Didn't have perform anxiety. Was relaxed and didn't concern if I ejaculated prematurely this time, because I knew I could go for round 2.
- Edged with a technique that some guys said made them become Delayed Ejaculators. It consists on flexing your body and toes backwards, and edgin/masturbating this way. Somewhat like this:

I had sex for around 20 mins, fast and hard. Noticed that first minute is the most crucial one. I went really slow with it and relaxed. I did have trouble to ejaculate, which could mean I'm becoming DE, but I'm fine with that. I couldn't cum trough sex, but instead and as I found out another day, I can cum from balooning my frenullum, and this is what I did. Not sure if I am "cured", since this is the first time this happens, but just wanted to share with you guys my story.

Reverse Kegel Breathing (Meditative Reverse Kegels)

This is a technique for applying reverse kegels during sex to relax your pelvic floor muscles without having to think or focus on it.

The point is to practice this technique out of sex so that it becomes second nature when actually having sex.

So on to the technique... It’s really rather simple.

1. Make yourself comfortable because you’re going to be in that position for at least 10-15 min or maybe even longer, It’s really quite relaxing.

2. Once you’re comfortable begin to focus on your breathing (slow deep breaths) and on your IN breath push a light reverse kegel and then on your OUT breath relax.

3. There is no 3. It’s that simple, just keep focusing on your breathing and doing step 2. If your mind wanders just bring it back.

When doing this technique during sex or edging it will help keep your muscles in a neutral state.

Do this from the start and all the way through BEFORE you reach the PONR.

Like I said at the start, if you practice this regularly out of sex you won’t even need to think about doing it during sex you’ll be able to do it unconsciously. Plus like all meditation it has the added benefit of reducing stress which can also be a factor in Pre E.

Pelvic Floor Balance


Hey iMac, I found a pose that will increase the deepness of this Meditative Reverse Kegels. It is a simple yoga pose called Siddhasana (Male Accomplished Pose). It will take the exercise to a whole new meditative level. Furthermore, it is also a pelvic floor stretcher that makes you much more aware and connected to your pelvic floor area.

It has to be done correctly, which is leaving your ankle upward, instep facing the ground, knees touching the ground and very erect posture.

I think it's best if people just find the position their most comfortable with and allows them to relax the best, for me if I do this, the position I choose is laying on my back with my feet a bit more that shoulder width apart.

I don't want to start dictating what poses guys should do the exercise in, there's no correct or incorrect form. Just what everyone finds most relaxing and I'll leave that up to the individual.

You are right about that. But since it is a type of meditation, even if focused on just breathing and reverse kegeling, I think that embracing some of buddhistic meditation technics would help a lot. If you do some research on chakra meditation, you'll notice that some of them aim to "open" a certain chakra, if you need it to be opened. There are two of them that directly relates to sexual health. They say you have to imagine energy expanding from the chakra - if you need to "relax" it. Soon you should feel the sensation physically.

Of course it all comes from another culture, so maybe most of the terms and ways they explain something have a different approach. I read a thread only about chakra meditation and premature ejaculation. The guy said he could "fix" himself very easily (link below). Meditating made him much more aware of an area that he never paid attention to. Somehow it looks like what we say in here.

- For example, when we say "pelvic floor balance" they say "harmonize the fire chakra": Curing Premature Ejaculation by Harmonizing the Fire Chakra | Premature Ejaculation Tips

- And while we do "reverse kegels" they focus on "moving energy to another chakra" - and the idea is to relax it, otherwise they would move energy to the chakra: A cure to premature ejaculation. - Grasscity.com Forums

The only meditation that I've practised is Zen meditation and there's no chakras or stuff like that you just need to empty your mind and focus on your breathing.

Some people find RK's hard to do in certain positions that's why I think it's best they find the position they find easiest so that they can properly relax rather than have to stick to the poses that are supposedly best for meditation and that some find uncomfortable.

Quite esoteric for me as well. But when I see their explanations from another point of view, they seem to have lots of points. Tantric sex i.e. is a developed art of theirs. Anyway, at least take a look at those links, you'll see how interesting it is.

No one has posted in this thread in a while! I'm new and I'm trying this breathing method since I believe it'll work. It's hard to tell if I'm doing the front rk the right way. I understand it'll come with time, but as of now it feels like I'm not doing it properly :/

Don't worry about right or wrong, just keep on pushing your floor muscles to the extent that these gets tired. When you inhale, just tighten lower part of your stomach and push down, or toward your penis or toward your back.

I noticed this article The Method of Anal Breathing | Herballove.com it might be a good idea to incorporate it into the reverse kegel breath, just do note that in anal breathing you are not doing a kegel but a root lock (or a variation of it that is done by clenching buttocks).

I have had some success with this as well.

I started with this breathing method a couple of months ago and I also stopped watching porn at the same time. At first I had serious problems getting an erection, but this was due to stopping the porn. The effect of lasting longer happened immediately. I could go on almost as long as I wanted and a few times I even had problems cumming at all. I had to really squeeze a long and hard kegel to cum. I really enjoyed it when the girl begged me to stop and I could say that honey I'm just getting warmed up. :D

But! During the last week or so I have had sex twice, but I only lasted a few minutes no matter what I tried! Last night for example I had no chance to control my spasms at all. Very annoying...

I really don't know what might have caused this "relapse" or what ever. In a week I see this girl again and we probably end up in bed within 15 minutes after we see each other so damn now I'm worried that I don't last so long anymore. I guess that I just have to keep practicing and hope for the best.

Has this happened to anyone else that you kind of lose the ability to control your kegels from time to time?

I am currently starting Minuteman's Dry Orgasm Guide routine and i will try this technique as an additional bonus. I already sense i clench very easily when aroused. So i guess in my case of very tight and over-reactive pelvic floor and butt muscles i cant do too much reverse kegels :)

the last post by Jaegermaister is interesting... so the routine most likely works wonders but is it long-lasting or are there other variables that can reverse the achieved level of relaxation and stamina as Jaegermaister experienced... imac ? anyone any long-term report how is this technique working for them after few months ? any 100% cured PE sufferers that become porn actor staminators :)

Hmmm these are done in a relaxed mindset so I might imagine that is a factor. That is a stressed mind could easily knock you out of the zone.

When I do the deep breaths, I noticed, that I my heart was beating faster. I think this is because I create preassure inside my body which also infects the heart. I am not sure if this is healthy, so I do some weaker deep breaths now.

Did someone experience that aswell?

Just made this account to say this method works great. I'd taught myself that multi-orgasm technique through kegeling, and had been using it for about five years, but apparently I over did it. Gave myself a hypertonic pelvic floor. Started going soft whenenver I clenched, even after a few momentary involuntary clenches. It was really strange, and frustrating, because the internal part of my penis stayed rock hard. I'm only 30, so I thought perhaps I'd injured myself. It took me awhile to figure out what was going on, and the connection with clenching. I still got morning wood, but it was difficult to stay hard when aroused. Tried Cialis, but it had little effect. I'd been avoiding dating for more than a year because of this issue.

On my own, I recognized that reverse kegels helped maintain an erection, but I had been trying to sustain them for long periods, rather than sync them with my breathing. It was more difficult in practice, and doing that, I didn't see any improvement when not reverse-kegeling. I've been using this method for just 5 days, doing it when masturbating and for a few minutes several times a day just sitting at my desk. I'm almost back to normal, able to stay hard as long as I'm aroused, even when I'm not using this technique while masturbating. I'm almost back to getting fully hard, completely hands free, while awake. Obviously everyone's situation is different, but for me, this has been a magic bullet. Interesting. I looked into the hypertonic pelvic floor and found that this article even though oriented for women shares a comprehensive light on the difference between tight and strong pelvic floor muscles and their overall use.
