This seems to be supported by the pattern that "falling in love" tends to show a decrease in testosterone in men, and an increase in women. Basically, a woman in a strong sexual relationship should get hornier with that individual, while finding other men less interesting.

This is true too, and relationships can also grow stale. These are biological explanations for behaviour. This always leads to trouble as behaviour is decided by a plethora of factors.
