Dear Julian, I have an other couple of questions.
I'm wearing it now for 9-10 hours a day quite confortably, I only loose suction sometimes, but I manage to check it during th eday an fix it.
1. QUESTION: I sit at the office almost 8 hours a day wearing it, do you think the tension is still effective even if I'm not standing? When I check it it's always at mid-high green but at the end of the day I don't feel any fatigue or strecthed
2 question: is one day off every week mandatory? I don'f find any perfect protocol to follow.
3 question: is red zone better to avoid in the first 3 months?
4 question: I also would like ot reduce a left-downward curvature (not peryones), do I have keep the stretching always on th eopposite side? Do you have knowledge or there are studies about reducing curvature using PF?
