Julian I have ordered one of the new sleeve condoms and always had trim nails one day I was taking the condom off and it completely ripped up the seam. Now I have only been using it for about two weeks now I have the original medium condom sleeve since when I purchased the device back in 2013 and its still going strong could it be that I have purchased a defective sleeve condom.....

Julian, I purchased my phallosan a while ago in April. I havent been able to use it much because I am keeping it a secret from my significant other. Have people reported results while still using it irregularly (I went on vacation for a month and didnt use it the whole time and sometimes I only get to use it once a week). I must have logged a total of 80 hours. I have definitely noticed improved erections (although I never had an issue before it seems like I am throbbing like crazy).
Anyways, I was reading through some of these because both of my small sleeves keep breaking (I used to use the medium ones before you advised me to switch down a size even though the measurement tool said I was a medium). And I always cut my nails (required when I am in chemistry/biology lab in the university) and baby powder up everything.
1.Anyways, I saw that the orders are supposed to come with a free set of 4 sleeves of my choosing? I never received that email.
2. Also after switching to the small sleeve, I still seem to be losing suction and slipping out after an hour. Is there something I can do about this? I have had this trouble from the very beginning.

Julian, I have a quick question in regards to "correction" of penis curvature.

The most important is that you clean after every use the protector cap and Sleeve condom with warm water and soap, let it dry off and use baby powder on the inner and outer side of the sleeve.

This brings up another important question. How does the phallosan forte correct IPP (I believe this is the exact same condition as peyronies disease) yet not interfere with a natural upward curvature of the penis? It would seem logical to think that if the phallosan was designed to correct IPP/peyronies disease then it would interfere with all other forms of penis curvature.

There is IPP and a natural Curavature with which you are born with or a broken Penis but this is a different subject.
Your penis is natural formed upwards when having an erection which is done because your canverous bodies are healthy and the bloodflow is perfect. If you have IPP it can be that you penis has a deviation to the left, down, upwards Downwards, or even a combination! THis is very painfull when haveing sexual intercourse. Now you have to imagine that you have like a stone inside your penis and your canverous body tries to be filled with blood. It will have to move around it because of this "stone" (plaques) is there.
A natural born curvature is nothing else then a wound inside the penis which build up scarve tissues. This type is easier to straighten out as you will not need a operation.
Phallosan forte just simply said: streightens out the scarve tissue as well as the area around the plaque.
The way i describe it sounds probably a bit stupid, this is the real explanation with a video:

I haven't purchased Phallosan Forte (planning soon) but I have read many complaints about the glans irritation. I would like to know if it is recommended to add anti-fluid tape (3M foam type that autoextender sells) to tape the pee hole to reduce any fluid build-up. And then use the protection silicon cap over....

From memory I think someone tried wrapping their glans with tape Muscles...but I can't recall them posting their findings. If I'm reading your post correctly, it's not so much a problem with urine being "sucked" out by the vacuum causing blisters etc, but blistering occurring per say. Your idea does make sense though and if I could wear the PF without risk of blistering I would be a very happy boy.
The only problem I could foresee with wrapping the glans would be inconvenience, such that the PF has to be worn for prolonged periods. Believe me, I have got that "sucker" off in seconds when I have been dying for a pee and having tape around the glans for me would only prolong the agony. If you do try it, please post and record your findings.

Guys what's the average life span of the sleeve condoms before they stretch too much?
I've been using mine on average of 6-8 hours a day for about 2 months and it's stretched and now gets air leaks then I end up having to take it off. I'm using the medium condom.

I'd say 2 months use out of each condom for the hours you're using it is pretty good going Ozzie...sounds about right to me. Some have used an elastic band over the condom (obviously not too tight) to prevent leaks. Another guy used a protector cap with the tip cut off placed under his glans before fitting the bell to prevent leakage, which I thought was a great idea. Might also be worth trying a protector cap with the tip cut off over the condom instead of an elastic band.
I'm pretty sure the guys at phallosan would make necessary modifications in the future to prevent irritation and blisters but at the moment do you have any recommendations for newbies?

Take it slowly and start off at low tension, increase gradually even if you feel that you can deal with more tension. Wear the protector cap until you feel that you can manage without it and pump as few times as possible to maintain the vacuum. Ensure you and the device are completely dry and that your bladder is empty, be meticulous about fitting the PF and watch out for any pinching sensation on the glans whilst wearing. If you do get a blister let it heal completely before resuming with the PF.
Thanks ta53ora. I might try a rubber band or similar to get a bit more life out of it. Next order I'll get another protector cap and cut the tip out of this one.
