Have you had a look at the silicone rubber seal in the underside of the pump to see if it is misaligned, it will only go in correctly one way, the seal has got two indents which should locate with two pegs in the green plastic part of the pump, if fitted correctly the hole in the seal should align with the hole in the green plastic part, if misaligned the pump will not work correctly.

I would like to augment my analysis using raw data on individual users (stripped of any personal identifying information) from the original phallosan study by Dr. Clemens Tilke, whose final report is available on the web. I think this additional data could help me improve the accuracy of my "best practice" recommendations, thus enabling Phallosan users to further optimize their gains.
I wonder whether you might be able to assist me in obtaining this data so that I can improve my estimates. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Start off slow...a couple of hours a day working up to 11 or so hours. Don't rush to increase the tension either...otherwise you may end up with a blister.
I like it so far after a few hours. I tried the mid size cup and now I have the large one on without the protector. I tried pulling it to starboard bc I have a curve to port side and when I took it off the curve was worse. I'm trying pulling it to port side now.

Be careful without the protector cap to start with...watch out for a pinching sensation on the glans!
