Okay, he have to little water in the tube when he start/puts it on. I was just curious if there was a "combination" of air and water pumping.

I think I understood what the problem was and how it is supposed to work. As he was standing and the bathmate was horizontal, air was above the valve level (at least partly) when water was against it, so when he used the hand pump he create vacuum by expelling water ( since it was the water which was on the other side of the valve). If you're lying down air will be against the valve and therefore air will be expelled out of the cylinder.

Hey eli,

I apologize that I missed the follow up on your thread. It seems that Pro gave you the answer you were looking for, they are well put together as you stated. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask on here.

Happy pumping

Thanks, I did have another couple q's here

https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-...er-routine-bathfull-questions.html#post996147

Basically what would a full routine look like, would the x30 be better for a curve, think that was it.

Hello Scan,

What makes the Bathmate so great, is how it utilizes the benefits of pumping with water. Air is spongy and compressible, which means if you create a vacuum inside a tube with air, the air that remains simply spreads thinner inside the tube. This means the penis can expand unevenly, creating possible bending and bulging of the penis.

Water on the other hand is incompressible, so when water is pumped from a sealed tube around the penis, the water cannot spread out to help fill the gap and that means the penis must expand to fill the full volume of water removed. As water is incompressible it forms a solid cushion around the penis, thus water allows for uniform expansion without bending or bulging. This would be another reason that you would want to keep as much water in, I would recommend always filling the pump up to the very max level and then you should be fine. This would go for all pumps Hercules, Goliath, X30, X40

I believe popol (thank you), has also pretty much clarified the video for you as well.

Lucus-I bought bathmate x40 and received it on 12/22/14 and everything was working great until today. The valve now doesnt hold any pressure and it pops out from the top higher than it ever had? Please help me as I have been loving it and making great progress from this amazing product. I dont want to lose the ground i've gained. HELP!!!

Hey Kong,

When you are using the pump, does the valve stay locked? Or is it popping to open? I have a couple of options for you to try, starting with

1) The valve on the X30s and X40s can become distorted if left in the locking position. When not in use, the valve should always be left in the neutral position. To fix this - allow valve to sit in neutral position for 5-10 minutes and it should form back to its original shape.
2) Always make sure to switch the valve to the locked position when the desired suction has been achieved, to hold in the level of pressure.

Let me know your outcome,

Lucas

No it will stay locked when moved to the sides, but when i pump in the open position it spits a ton of water out and then sucks in a ton of air instantly. So locking and holding pressure isnt the issue, its getting to the pressure i need. The black switch actually appears to be coming out further than it normally does. It's not creating any pressure at all when I pump. Tried the first and always do the second...still not working. Basically it just spits water and creates no pressure. What can be done to fix this? Do i need replacement parts after just 2 weeks?

I've been using the hercules since mid November and it seems like it's working. My dick looks and feels bigger, but I can't say for sure if it actually did get bigger. It could be a placebo effect coupled with me recently shaving.

My routine is 10-20 minutes a day, 5 days a week and that's it. I'm thinking about incorporating the JP90 thing as well. I plan on continuing my routine for 6-months to a year and won't measure until I'm finished. I think I was at 5" EL and 4" EG before I started, my goal is 5.5" EL and 5" EG.

Hopefully all of this pays off and is permanent. I've done a lot of researching on whether or not the bathmate actually works, and I haven't really found any evidence to believe that it does.

I'll come back with an update as to whether or not it all worked out.

Hello appje,

I agree with you it can be rather annoying when it doesn't work the way it is supposed to. If you are still experiencing problems try these next few steps.

-Press down hard on the valve several times
-Press down on the valve and turn it counter clockwise

If those two don't work, take off the valve and you will see a black washer squeeze on it several times and then reconnect the valve.

Hope this helps!

Sometimes my hercules works fine, sometimes it doesn't work at all. Whenever I do your steps (including pressing on the washer) it's fine, for a little while. But I shouldn't have to do this everytime I want to use my pump... it's so time consuming.

Today it didn't work at all again. The valve was really "stiff" i had to put major force on it, to even get some water to escape from it... it actually hurt on my pelvic area cause I had to press my pump so hard towards my body. And it doesn't allow me to create the same vacuum as I could before. ("it" only reaches to 16 cm on the pump while before I sometimes could pump to 18 cm)

Any other suggestions on how to "soften" the valve?

Mine is back to working again thank god...I think this thing is legit bc I've had a lot of flaccid growth since I started using in on 12/22 and a quarter inch eg in less than a month bringing me to 5.5 eg. That's not measuring after a pump either. I never measure after pumps so I can get an accurate read on where I am at.

So I got my bathmate and I few questions. The gaiter opening has a bent shape to allow it to fit properly. Should the bent portion face up or down when you put it on?

Hi Bathmate,
Your ads say PEGym members get 33% off, but in the link there's only a 30% discount that everyone including non-PEGym members get. Is there no actual PEGym member discount?

Hi smedlin I use mine with the bent section facing up but I think that it's a matter of preference and getting the best fit. So whatever works best for yourself :)

Hello appje,

I completely agree with you, the Bathmate is easy to use and shouldn't take much work to use and especially not the amount of work you are experiencing. I am sorry but happy to help you fix it.

You mentioned it still being stiff, the best way to "losen" up the valve to stop it from being so stiff is when not in use continue to push hard on it several times. I would even recommend popping off the valve and pushing it down as well as squeezing the washer. I don't know if you tried this originally as I had suggested but that would be the best way.

Let me know the outcome, I am happy to help.

Hey Smeldin,

Great question! The gator was built for comfort, for most the most comfortable position is to have it face up but for others it is facing down, the pump will work in either position. Just make sure to keep testicles clear at all times.

Hello Mootroll,

Thank you for bringing that to my attention, I will make sure to get it fixed immediately. Currently the promotion is 30% off to PEGym users and we have recently opened it up to all others for the beginning of the year, but it will return to only PEGym users shortly. Great observation and I have sent you PM with a discount to make sure you get the full 33% off.

Thanks

lucas...my bpel is 6.5 inches in length and when i use hydromax x40 i get up to 7.25 inches in length inside the pump. Is that what my limits are of what i can achieve or will i continue to grow? I totally believe in this product from what ive seen in gains so far(a lot fast imo), but what are some legitimate gains from users you have heard from using this product in terms of length and girth in an extended time like a year or so? i know everyone is different but figured you would know more of testimonials than anyone else here.
