Hey Swapzor and danes_game,
I would recommend following the instructions listed here, if those don't help please let me know and I will get a replacement valve sent out to you!
Good luck,
Lucas
Hey Lucas, would you recommend getting the shower strap? And I've been trying that code at checkout and it's not going through for some reason
Tried it, no leaks. However, it did leak once when using it after the test. When I pump it I have to press the pip down with my finger in order for it to work. After pressing it will stay down on it's own until the next pump. Occasionally when in the "open" position it will suck air in slowly. When this happens I press the pip to the closed position but have to hold it there because it won't stay in the closed position on it's own. Holding it in the closed position stops the slow leak.
Welcome to the gym Lucas. Sorry I did not notice you sooner. Give our best wishes to Harrison.
Thank you for stepping in.
Hi Lucas, I saw a video when a person used X30 xtreme with a hand pump and he was pumping a lot. But there was 50% water and 50% air in the tube. Should it be like this? I have X40 and the tube is almost full with water and very little air. I'm just curious about it and does this both pump work the same way and give the same results? I thought that one should avoid air in the tube?
Ah, yeah. That got it. Bloody hell you weren't kidding about the force. These are some well put together things.
Hello Scandinavia,
This is a question that often arises, I am curious if you saw this video on Youtube or some other public video posting website? If so unfortunately, any person can post a video claiming to be properly using the product. Normally, you should not see a great amount of air in the tube, especially not 50%. You will get the best results by avoiding a lot of air, minimal amounts will be fine.
