Quick question: When you finished pumping, do you close the valve or not? (when filling with water, it must be closed, and when pumping it must be open, but what about after?) Does it matter? I have tried both, didn't see any difference.

That wasn't the question. The question is, during the session, is the valve turned to the side (closed), or straight (open) ? I am not sure if there is any difference. The valve should be closed (to the side) when I fill it with water, otherwise the water just passes through. Thanks!!

Here are the official instructions:

·Loosen up in a warm shower for 5 minutes.

·Fill the pump with water. Press in the pressure valve.

·Place the penis inside the pump. Form a tight seal with the pump and body.

·Pump and push the pump towards pubic bone.

·Compress the main valve to release pressure.

But what im searching for is when u reach a certain stage. How often can you pump? what exercises could you do before/after to enhance the results?

Ive tried before to use a cock ring during pumping and it seems it can have some merit. Any more tips you can give me?

You can continue on past the 20 minute mark but you should begin extending the times between pressure increments. Once you get to 21 minutes start by adding one minute to your last set so your sequence appears as follows:

5 minutes- add pressure-
5 minutes- add pressure-
5 minutes- add pressure-
6 minutes

The next session after would appear as follows:

5 minutes- add pressure-
5 minutes- add pressure-
6 minutes- add pressure-
6 minutes

And so on.

Wear the ring for 15-30 minutes after every other workout instead of after every workout so you don't get dependent on it.

So I purchased a bathmate extreme last summer, prior to finding this community. I purchased it from bathmatedirect.com. With in the first week I suspected I purchased a size too small. As with most people I found a complete lack of any kind of customer service. Anyways I kept it abd continued using for a little over a month. Still felt it was too small.
I had to suspend my training while the house was constantly filled with little ones. Having one bathroom for 6 people didn’t allow time to take over the bath for an hour or so.
I started back again. About a month ago. However I know for certain that I need to increase the size of my bathmate. I’ve been on the 5 mins on 5 off for about 30ish mins total. However depending on my EQ my glad either touching the valve or extending past it squeezing next to it. I have no pain, just slight discomfort if I squeeze next to it.

So my question is, ya I know a long book, can I order the hydro max and use the hand pump from my extreme and save some $$. Or would it be beneficial to just order another extreme and get a whole new one?

I have the extreme7. My currently at about a BPEL of ~7.75-8 depending on EQ.

I am upgrading to the 9 thats already decided. I just want to know if I can use the hand pump off my extreme7 and use it on a hydromax9. So I don’t have to spend the extra 150 to get the extreme9

You should be using a Hydro9. I wouldn't recommend switching parts between different sized pumps.

You very well may need to replace the valve.

Does anyone have experience with boils forming on the tip of your penis?

I had a medium size one pop up recently, and after waiting for it to go down for a while I simply popped it. Some blood and pus came out.

I scraped the loose skin from the boil off and now one side of the head of my penis is basically raw exposed flesh. It hurts a little when peeing and still bleeds a little infrequently.

Obviously I havent used my bm since, and probably overdid the pressure and length of sessions over time. Im using antibiotics on the wound but am very concerned about it not being able to heal properly being exposed to urine every time i piss. Not to mention the risks going forward.

Anyone experience something like this before?

This is the result of too much pressure, duration or both. Keeping the area clean and dry will be important as you heal.

I won’t be able to spend the amount of required time in the shower, so is the bath mate with the hand pump even worth it and just use it out of the shower with a proper warm up? Not finding much info on the real world usage of the hand pump.

A started routine would only take you 5 minutes- not counting the warm ups, warm downs and any other ancillary movements. See: Baseline for the Squeeze, a New Bathpump Routine & More

I got the hydro 7, I am currently 6.9” however when I pump I can’t get more than 4.5” - 5.0” without the pressure seeming too much.

Everyone’s talking hg, I don’t have any way of measuring pressure except for the length?

The manual says to pump flacid however everyone seems to be pumping 90% hard? So that’s what I’ve been doing.

Is there a guideline anyone could please recommend for pressure? Shall I try and increase length by 0.5 each week until I reach my current length? I have the cushion inserted (It came like that?) does that make shy difference?
