I was in such a hurry to leave my house this morning I forgot to post my morning routine.

25 minute warm up
4X20 minute hang 3.75lbs
150 side to side stretches

Had a pretty good flaccid hang today :) I'm really excited for my pump to arrive!

Certainly not used ones. There is also something much cheaper put out by a Japanese company ..kind of egg shaped and single or multiple use that is small, concealable, and supposedly easy to pull out when you can't wait another minute....pocket pussie maybe....

Last night!

25 minute warm up
75 side to side stretches
1X20 minute hang 3.75 lbs
75 side to side stretches

I got in probably 30+ minutes of fowfers afterwards.

I was just way too tired last night and my ligs had gotten a really good stretch just from that one set! Solid rest day.

Yep, sometimes one set is all you need. Looking good Raider, looking good. You should have your pump in a day or so? Bet you are excited.

I'm so pumped man! lol It's under my bed right now while I'm warming up and getting ready for hanging.

The pump felt so good I didn't want to take it off! Luckily I was able to resist temptaion haha

You do a lot of hanging Raider! Is hanging an effective advanced option? Can I start it after my JP's 90 days' routine? Thank you

I had some time before practice so I though I'd do something productive! I'm gunna go fo atleast 3 more sets in a little bit and maybe get a few minutes of pumping in....proobably not. We'll see :D

You knew already from my previous posts that I don't PEP anymore in a regular basis. No patience to spend time for being +1cm longer.
I PEP during bath only!!!!

My warm up was so long because I was on the phone with a friend lol. But doing it in the bath is better than not doing it at all! :D

4X20 minute hang 3.75lbs (might need to add some weight soon)
10 minute rewarm up
10 minute pump at 3-4hg

Oh how I love pumping guys!
