2X20 minute hang 3.75 lbs
10 minute warm up
125 side to side stretches
6 minutes jelqing
3 supra slammers
3 minutes jelq
I'm just doing some Lazy Ass Stretches now for probably 20 minutes and then it's back to some ballooning. This has been one of my longest workouts in a while since I didn't get a chance to split up my hanging between tonight and this morning.
