yessir.

I eased off Jelqing near the end, was not comfortable and just edged. Taking a day off tommorrow.

Thanks for the advice!

A day or two off never hurts. Remember you'll be doing this for years so what's a day here and there.Besides tissue needs time to heal!

Very true! If i injure myself then I will be out for months.....

I was using the first week to try and get form right. As well as grip strength and stretch intensity. My left tendon feels alittle weaker so I am going to have to go very carefully. Patience, Patience, Patiences....:)

Well, I am taking today off as advised! Ha.

Thought I had some pretty good pi's today. Hangin a little looser today.

BTW - I just had to choke one out this morning, after the DO last night I was still feeling it and so the story goes.

I am trying to do Helicopter shakes and fowfers when I can.

Hokay - I think I need to address goals.

Short term: I really do not know because I don't even know if I will gain or not. Some gain 1', some none, some .5 so it seems to vary, I think I will re-asses where I am in 3 months and see if I have gained at all. Maybe after 3 months I will have a baseline. I think 1" a year would be ok as a goal (pace) ?

Long Term: ahh. ok being where I am at I would LIKE to say 8(apparently that seems to be a magic number here.) Realistically I think 7. But I am going with 8 cause why not.


So there are my LONG goals, is that unrealistic? to go from 5.5 to 8..... I know vets have done it (Kinpole, JP etc) Hmmmmmm.

Ok, I am really liking my PI's. This morning I woke up for the first time in a long time, a nice boner. It was an odd one, the base was hard like steel and the top alittle softer... not sure if this has anything to do with TUNICA and if that might me a issue or not. Still to early.

Also, my flaccid state is a lot looser. I think this is just situational cause I been working it alot more so it's hanging free. I try to do heli shakes any time I pee. I am working on an excuse when one of my coworkers find me at work in the urinal twirling my keychains. hehe.

I am feeling pretty sick... ugh but I will still do a session today. I will not miss if I can help it. But I will be genteele.

Also, I find that my stretches are getting easier when I pull on the o'l sun of a gun.

When I first started measuring my BPFL I was a little over 5.5 and I had to measure since it felt like I could stretch more and easier. Well, I got to six. SO I either measured wrong initially or just loosened up real nice like. I am pretty sure you can't gain in a week and either way, it don't matter. I think it was good to do some measures again just to be more familiar with it.

I will measure again end of Jan.

Another routine down, 1265 more to go.

I am not cut, but I think I have too much skin at the base of my shaft etc. It gets in the way sometimes I think of Jelqing.... I am confused.

I am still learning the Jelf, I have notices certian angles of grip hurt more then others.... I am still trying the ok grip with palm facing down, but can not hold on with the other hand because the palms get in the way....ugh.
I also gotta get a decent Lotion. It dries too quick. I have had to repum almost 5 times and then use water too, it's getting messy...

oh I had another D0...those are getting fun.

Taking day off today, PI are alittle low today...Noticed my flaccid was alittle more shy. NO biggie, I still feel much improved from when I started so that makes me feel good.

I think I will be doing JAI stretches and Helicopter shakes when I pee. Once or twice.

Nice to see you playing it safe by taking a day off when things don't appear right. JAIS are a great exercise for flaccid length and are very easy on the penis. Keep up the good work, buddy.

DABGANIT!!!!

I had to choke one out today. I was resting goofing around on the net and somehow founding myself watching some Porn. UGH. I haven't for a long time and did not really want to... :( But I was feeling it so I had about 3 DO's... weak, but meh.

I went and warmed up really really good and to be honest I found stretching to be very very easy and compliant. I was almost scared because I felt like I could just keep pulling it so I had to back off. I try to pull very carefully but also as far as I can.

Jelqing was not so good, I maybe did a halfway routine... trying to get erect I basically ended up edging....

Did my session this morning and then 10mins of edging.

The session went much better today. Still trying to figure the Jelq thing out..
Stretching is going really well partly because I warm for at least 10-15 mins so I find it very plyable.

I think I might add a 20 rep Dry jelq just to see how it goes. I really like the V jelq...

I am also doing a cool down stretch at the end. Kinda light the warmup but very light.. seems like a good idea.

Have not had much time to post...

But I have not missed a session and been pretty constant. My flaccid length and feeling has been much more positive.

I have found out though, that after a good session, the next day is kinda week so will be doing one day off and one day on.

Hope you are all doing well my friends!
