starting the jouring. Not feeling very optimistic, but will reserve judgment.

WIll be doing JP's beginner routine. Not need to try and re invent the wheel ;)

Will gets some stats up soon etc.
I am thinking of doing 2days on and one day off. Or every other day. Not sure. 5 days seems much, but it it works then I am for it.

Also, I think I will be measuring with BP since that seems to aid in consistency of measurement, even thought it might add a .25-.5 to the measurment, that would put me around 5.5 I think BPEL - And flaccid at 3. Not sure of girth yet. So for goals, 2" would be ideal, 3, heck I would quit my job. I think the 90 days will be a good indication of where I am at.

Hey Woody! Glad to see you've started the progress log. I think that JP's 90 day routine will be great for you. I know many members here (myself included) had great success with his conditioning routine. The good news is that you're measurements are considered to be in the average range. My starting stats were very close to yours (5.75 bpel and 4.80 mseg) and I've added nearly an inch in length in around 7-8 months!! Stay focused and pace yourself and you should have no trouble packing on some size. In the mean time, enjoy the improved EQ and flaccid hang improvements which come rather quickly. One question....where are you taking your girth measurement? Is it an average of all three measurements, or mid shaft?

Diesel man, just having this support makes me sooo motivated! I was alittle unsure if I could mentally do it!

I suggest the two on one off at first. Five in a row might be just a bit too much for someone just starting out. At this stage, you really want to be focusing on your PI's as well. These indicators are a really great way to determine whether or not you're overworking. If you notice mainly positive PI's, chances are you're doing things properly. If you notice predominantly negative PI's....that would indicate that you need to take it easy and do some adusting to your routine. Wow, ok that makes sense and helps! Thanks mate.

My libido has been low this year, so hopefully this helps me work through some of that too.

I have hung alittle looser and fuller and definitely feels more alive. SO that is a good thing.

THe morning wood was weak, but I think that has to do with my sleep patterns. I have been having really bad insomnia and sleep patterns. Am working on resolving that.

Day 4 of JP routine.
Bout a rice header deal for 10 bucks. Definitely makes life easier. I wrap for at least 10mins pre and post.

I am also finding that I edge and DO after. This seems pretty easy. But I think the DO is not the kind that I have been reading. From my understanding is that you keep going to the edge and then regressing and at some point in the regressing, some sort of physiological release happens. With the DO that I am experiencing, I go past the the point of no return I hold a kegel, like holding, pee, sometimes a drop will leak out. I wonder if this is bad for you? Meaning where does that sperm go if it can't go out?

Another note, is that I am finding it hard to keep an erection level of 70% while doing the jelqs, the Vjelq seems awkward but more arousing.
The Jelq - I find that when it starts to go to about 40% I have to squeeze hard to be able to push the blood forward.

From what I understand I have to be at about70% level.


Anyways my initial thoughts.

For sure I am keeping the warm ups. I know the value of those in general.


I also think I have to develop a patience and routine and think marathon not sprint...


Small goals small steps ( and all the puns in between.)

Note on PI - been four days - and my flaccid state seems to always be hanging and looser.

I am doing kegels often. A few years ago when I used to do them I'd always get an erection, but for somer reason, I do not any more. Maybe tis week.

Keep up the good work, woody! Improvements to flaccid hang and harder erections are some of the first things most people notice when beginning PE. Just keep an eye on your PI's from now on and you'll have a pretty good idea of how your penis is responding to your workouts. Enjoy the heavier, fuller flaccid, buddy.

You know I have been thinking, if this is for the long haul then I need some kinda routine. I used to work out alot and am getting back into it. I am trying to figure out if it makes more sense to do in the morning or in the afternoon. Maybe morning workouts and evening PE. Or workout from 8-10pm which includes body and pe.

Tug and pull. Ha. Been reading up on JP alittle (his older threads on betterman). Interesting and inspirational to say that least. Was looking for Kingpoles "discipline" thread on thunder and could not find it.

Ok I might have pulled my groin shoveling snow and might have irritated alittle jeqing. I dont know how that works. Or I was edging, which I find pretty easy, and after I flew by PONR I held a mother of a kegel and the soldiers really wanted out, so the two opposing forces, mmmm mmm. It drooled. I am not sure this is a good way of doing a DO. I mean, just holding it like pee when the contractions are happening, hurts, especially when you wanna let it rip.

Ok, so been thinking about what I want out of this more. 8, the magic number. But that will take years, I know. From all the reasearch I have done here, it seems 3-4 years is not out of the question, so that has to be put on the back burner and see where I am at in 3years.

Short term, whatever I can get. Will see how the workouts effect me then go from there.

I tired a new lotion today and it dried too quick. I have to find a good solution to this so that I can focus on the jelqs rather then how dry the lotion is, I can already see this will and can lead to injury.

I might to a very light stretch at the end of the workouts, edging, seems to have already been fitted in. THe PI are helping me alot, just in terms of when to take days off.

Todays - PI -

I know it's still super early, but man, I was taking a pee and it was looking heavier and fuller, veinier. This is just from using it and nuturing it so am not getting carried away here. Just nice to see that it's still there and ready to salute.

Allrighty then = Dry Orgasnm - last time after edging I held during ejaculation and boy it hurt like crap. I edged today for 15mins going as close to the ponr. Meaning I went as close to the point where I thought I could not stop it, if that is correct. I did notice however where my sperm was. Meaning when I would get close the sperm would travel up and get ready, and when I stop, the go back away, and then I reached the PONR before the sperm could come back out and went past PONR holding a kegel and this time it was really easy to hold.

Also got a boner 10 for the first time since I don't know when. I mean this thing got hard like steel.
