How often and for how long do you break for raider? I'm thinking of doing 5 weeks on 1 week off with my routine.

This is my first break from PE after about 7 months and it's for 2 weeks. Only a few days left and I'm back!

Man I really don't think those decon breaks are stressed enough here. 7 months without a break, while extremely impressive with regards to dedication, sounds like a cumulative fatigue sort of thing which, while some proponents argue is neccesary to induce growth, in my opinion is more damaging than beneficial if you really keep it up. Remember, you still need to be able to use your cock once you make it bigger! Glad to see you're on a decon break and it wouldn't surprise me to see your weiner creep up the ruler just a tad more after your recovery...

I must say, I've been adding those ULI V-Jelqs to my regimen at the end of every workout and damn, they are awesome! The Bundle Stretches and Bundle Tunica Stretch feel amazing as well and I'm pretty sure my flaccid has gotten longer as a result.

My first workout was awesome! It felt so good and I had incredible gains from my break!

15 minute warm up with rice sock
10 minutes of streches with helicopters and big circles
20 lamda jelqs (5-10 second reps)
20 Uli V-jelqs (5-10 second reps)
25 minutes of edging. Followed by HUGE EXPLOSION!!! lol

I also measured to see If I had gotten any gains from the break and turns out I sure did! :)

BPFSL: 8.1
BPEL: 7.8
EG: 5.25
BEG: 5.4 (first time measuring)

I already posted in the succes forum so I hope people here see that breaks are actually helpfull for you and your penis gains!

Today was a good rest day. I'm really trying my hardest to keep myself in a nice plump state throughout the day. I am so freakin excited for tomorrow's workout! YA BUDDY! ;)

Day two of KP's workout!!! Felt awesome.

15 minute warm up with rice sock

25 minutes of ballooning, Didn't get a chance to ejaculate :(.......yet ;)

The jelqs felt way better today. I'm still trying to perfect the lamda and v jelq grips.

I'm gunna try to go to the beach in the morning, then go to the gym, and and do KP's workout!!!

This was the best that the v jelqs have ever felt. All my jelqs are 5-10 seconds per stroke and are feeling very intense. Can't wait for thursday!!!

Not a bad rest day at all! ot a lot of blood flowin today and I just got back from the gym. I broke my 6:20 record for the mile on the olyptical and got 5:06!!!! :D

I haven't decided when but I'm thinking about either measuring on my 1 year which is october 2nd but that's kinda close so I'm also thinking about giving myself a little treat on halloween ;)
